Had dinner here with my wife on a Thursday evening. We ate in the quaint upstairs area. It was nice and we had great service from our waitress and a very friendly bartender. The food was very good and the drinks and beer were good....The only downside is that the drinks are very expensive. $12-14 each. Overall we had a great visit and will come back again.More
The food was great & so was the service. The beef Manhattan was beautiful & delicious! The sundried tomato aoli in the chicken sandwich was wonderful. Be sure to save room for the 1/2 baked chocolate chip cookie!!!
Traveling home from wrestling match for a late lunch. Had the Beef brisket manhatten Loved the mushroom gravy. But the star of the show were the Bone Marrow French fries. INCREDIBLE! And Ciera was an excellent server. Will return again soon
My wife had the pork shank and enjoyed it. I had the Pilgrim (turkey) and was not impressed. Service was very good and atmosphere was acceptable. It was cold outside but the back patio dining area was toasty and quiet. Would try again, but probably...go for a steak next time.More
I read all the reviews prior to visit. I agree with most. Menu is varied and simple. My wife had the Manhattan best she ever had. I the Bronzed Red Drum, above average, the crawfish etouffee was awesome. We sat out back in the patio...area, kept very warm and enjoyed the privateness. Service was prompt and polite. There are daily specials in addition to the menu that change daily. Enjoyed or dinner and will return.More
I stopped by for lunch after reading all the reviews. I got the 14 ounce fillet or The Eddie. It was cooked the way I ask but it lacked flavor. I used steak sauce but it was still Ehhhh... I did enjoy the homemade chips...though. The apple pie tasted bad. The crust was soggy and tasted awful. The ice cream tasted frozen burnt. Still I seen food that others were eating that looked good so maybe I’ll try this place again the next time I’m in town.More
My wife and I went to Foxgardin for the first time last Monday to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The restaurant is comfortable but a little noisy. I understand there is a section upstairs that may be quiet. We split a wedge salad which was ample...and delicious. My wife had an Italian pork dish and I had what is called pork ribeyes. The pork in both was juicy and very tender. My wife took half of her entree home. We will go back.More
My husband and I came here to celebrate our anniversary. I had the filet and it was one of the best steaks I have ever had. My husband had the beef Manhattan and said it was delicious. I highly recommend eating here.
