I grew up in the Fort and have been a Powers customer for over 45 years.I love em and I love the chili.I moved away years ago and still stop in at Powers every time I come to town,ALWAYS.I only wish they were still open 24/7. If you don't like all the onions, then then be a sissy and take a... More

Small corner restaurant that you can tell is iconic to the area. Hamburgers are excellent and the service is good. The interior was nostalgic and reminded me of hamburger stands when I was young. Reasonably priced and frequented by locals that know their secret of quality food at a good price with great small town service. Some locals have going... More

We love to go to Powers for great sliders. You can't help smelling like them when you leave! The chili is great too. A small place, but full of personality. The kids especially love to go here. Great for young and old alike! A piece of Fort Wayne history!

My order: 4 sliders with cheese, a bowl of chili and a chocolate malt. You know when you going into a place and smell like it for the next three days, you've got keeper. I dream about this meal. Best thing about this dream? It comes true!

Some 40 years ago, Powers Hamburgers was one of the first fast food take-outs in Fort Wayne. It was novel and it was fresh. That was 40 years and a different owner ago. Now, Powers seems more like a very small deli with a menu dominated by breakfast foods to go along with the burgers. If there is a restaurant... More

Enjoyed an early lunch at Powers. Even at 10:00 in the morning their chili and hamburgers are terrific. No wait and sat at the front of the counter. Interesting to see all of the different cliental that come and go here.

A Fort Wayne land mark. There are no White Castles in Fort Wayne, other than in the freezer, at the grocery. These burgers are the nearest you will find to those style of burgers. Same size and shape. They have more onions though and to my taste a bit too many, thus 4 stars in stead of 5.Got sliders without... More

They have the best the burgers in town, the chilli is good too. The staff is very friendly, and when you walk in it's like stepping back in time, it is a great place to eat.
