If you are downtown Fort Wayne Cindy's is a gem! Be sure to order the Garbage, which is a plate of greatness. This is a fun, old style diner that serves up nostalgia and great food!

Typical diner food at great prices. What makes this special are the regulars and Angie. Had a great conversation with two brothers sitting next to me. Definitely worth leaving your hotel if you are in Fort Wayne.

t's a diner! It's cute! It's crowded. Eat. Get out. Yes, the locals will carry on a conversation from one day to the next, and you'll eat your eggs and eavesdrop for the short time you're occupying one of the few stools. They know you're not from around here, and no one cares. They are playfully familiar with each other,... More

This place has moved multiple times but still is a Fort Wayne favorite. We had breakfast on a Tuesday and there was no trouble finding a couple of the dozen or so stools at the counter. We were served by the owner herself, who seems to have just the right personality for interacting with guests, many of them regulars. The... More

I started eating here when it was Marge's Diner on East Berry St. This is still a gem in places to eat in Fort Wayne. Great food and great service.

This is a must try if you are visiting Fort Wayne. Sits in the middle of downtown. Very cool throw back to the diner era. The donuts are amazing the breakfast food is very good. I would recommend the garbage plate.

Need a good burger and fries? Come here! Get there early because the seats fill up quickly, but it is worth the wait.

I go for the garbage plate! Such a cute little place to eat! Tight space, but worth the wait! A piece of Fort Wayne history! Fun for kids to experience!

Competent breakfasts and burgers. Now, what's exceptional about this place is its backstory: It opened 60-plus years ago, got picked up (literally) and moved around town for various reasons, and is now plopped where it is, not far from the city's library and other good things. It's relatively unchanged over the years, except those nostalgic counter-mounted juke box machines --... More
