Great Authentic Thai food at very reasonable prices. The owner cooks herself and it's important to call and make sure she is present. There are inconsistencies when she isn't there. Have tried a lot of dishes and all were very enjoyable. Much much better than Baan Thai on Anthony.

When I was a kid my family used to go all the time, overtime I grew and stopped going with my parents but recently I wanted some Thai and Burmese food that was authentic so me and some of my friends went.At first I was a little iffy because of the location the parking area and the decor inside but the... Mahnin is my favorite Thai restaurant in town for the quality and value. I've had the pad thai, a few curries, and the Tom Kah soup. All exceptional. Great vegetarian options. Very cheap for the quality of food and service. All around A+

Great Burmese and Thai food; most dishes can be made vegetarian, too. Also, if you ask for spicy, they will make it spicy, unlike many Asian restaurants. As close to Thailand as you can get in Fort Wayne!

Today we decided to try something new in town and heard that Mahnin had great ratings. It is not in the nicest part of town and is not in the nicest building. The parking area is small and awkward. I would probably park on the street next time. However, the food was spectacular. We tried the samosas which were very... More

Samosa appetizer and masuman curry with tofu entree. Fresh, tasty and not overly hot. Nice sized portions. 5 samosa, big bowl of curry with lots of potato and tofu, big plate of rice and a little veggie soup and a jasmine tea. Way too much food for one but it was all good. Ordered my food hot, but next time... More

A bunch of locals eat here, filtering in and out with carry-out. The owner and cook is a Burmese refugee who takes pride in her food. Authentic taste and no skimping on portions. You want the real deal, try this place. But don't be surprised if it takes a few more minutes than normal to get your food, the prices... More

Definitely an unpretentious place with formica tables. The service was friendly. Had to wait a bit to get our order taken as there was only one waitress, but then the food came fairly fast. The Burmese tea was delicious as were the other dishes. Noticed a lot of Asians eating in the restaurant when we were there which is an... More

The building is run down, but service is great. The food seems just alright, pretty greasy and heavier than typical Thai.

My wife and I have driven by this restaurant many times, and were curious to try some of their food. On Saturday, we finally made the time to stop in and we were very glad that we did. The service was friendly, if a bit slow due to the large number of both dine-in and carryout customers, and the food... More
