We've heard people talk about this restaurant so decided to road trip to Farmland. We were greeted by a friendly and very knowledgable waitress. So glad we decided to visit on a Tuesday because it was "Talk to me Tuesday". Everyone at the table puts their electronic devices in a basket and at the end of dinner receives a free... More

We traveled to this special eaterie, and were quite pleased. The food was exceptional; every item. The seating is vintage type, with boots, bar stools, & tables. (Located in a historic area of this beautiful downtown.) The wait staff were exceptionally qualified to describe the preparation of the various menu items, and serviced us in due time. We will RETURN... More

Recently visited the Chocolate Moose for a weekday lunch. The atmosphere tries hard to be a fifties style dinner, but the architecture of the building does not lend itself to this. That being said, do not pass on this little jewel! The staff is incredibly friendly without being annoying. The food is very good, with their specialties being the hand... More

Stopped in here for a quick bite. All the burgers are 1/3 pound and made fresh. Fresh made chips with an awesome seasoning. Finished off the meal with a heaping scoop of ice cream. Everything tasted great, friendly service and helpful. Decorated in 1950's -60's theme with the appropriate music. Will return again!

Great place in a beautiful small Indiana town. We were there on a Talk to me Tuesday and received free dips of ice cream for dessert as we put our cells in the basket on the table and ignored them while we ate.mthe grilled tenderloin was very good. The waitress was kind and attentive. They have several flavones of phosphates... More

The service was excellent. The atmosphere was a nice clean 50's diner. The food, tenderloins were very good. A lot of ice cream and sundae choices

This diner has really good food and it has a great selection of hand dipped ice creams and other soda shop choices. The building is older and the decor is retro. It is a fun place to experience especially if you have kids to entertain. Only downfall is that it can be a little warm in the middle of summer.

We stopped here today on our way back to Muncie and had lunch. It was busy and therefore it was loud and warm. There was a wait to be sat and a wait for our food. But the food was delicious and when a small business is busy, it's bound to add to the wait. I think the kids meals... More

This was an awesome place with wonderful food, great service and good prices. The tenderloins, super grilled cheese, and big pig sandwiches were like no others. The drinks were fun. Phosphates of all sorts, flavored coke products and more. Free ice cream on Tuesdays too if you lay your cell phone down.

We read about The Chocolate Moose in our daily newspaper. Since my husbands dad was born and raised in New Lisbon we decided to take a little nostalgic road trip. We drove l 1/2 hours to get the the restaurant and we were not disappointed. All of the staff was extremely friendly, smiles on all faces! Our server explained their... More
