We travelled from Virginia through WV in rain and dodging trucks and were very tired and hungry. Stopped at the Motel 6 and the only choice of restaurant was Dennys and Wendy. Never been to a Denny, so we tried it. In a few minutes...we were seated, ordered coffee and given a menu. Being a health conscious person, after viewing the menu I was ready to pay for the coffee and leave. There was a lot of choices, but not my style. My wife reminded me we just drove over 600 miles and we needed to eat - so bite the bullet. I ordered a hamburger which looked great with lots of meat and fixings. Put on catsup and pushed the top of sandwich down and got ready to eat. The grease dripping from my burger formed a little pool on my plate. It did taste good, but the grease kinda turned me off. The helping of French fries was huge. If you are not a health nut like me, you could enjoyed this place. As service was fine and coffee was good.More

This very convenant just a short drive off I 64 down 231. This Denny's has had a freshly remodeled dinning area the service is very good which is evident by the number of local dinners. The quallity of the food great served hot and quickly...don't be afraid to ask for an additional item as they are very accommodating.More

This is one of the nicest Denny’s we have been to, on all accounts. The service was excellent. It’s very clean, and the food is consistently good. We were in the area for Holiday World, and this was definitely the best breakfast option.

This is a typical Denny’s. Breakfast was good and the service was good. Good place when you have kids with you.

Not much to say if you have eaten at one you have eaten at all. It is very convenient to the motel. The staff was fairly friendly when I was there.

We go to Dennys in Dale a lot. They recently remodeled and it is beautiful! Food is always good, especially breakfast. Love their new lighter, fluffier pancakes!

This place has become a regular stop for my family when travelling. Food and service are consistently good, and keep us coming back when we're passing through.

There was not much choice, pizza, Mexican and Wendy's. Our dinner was fresh and hot, service was very good. Enjoyed the locals saying hi to their neighbors.

We dined here twice during a road trip -- once on the way to Missouri and once on the way back. We stopped the second time just to see if the food really was that good. And, it really was! Each time, the vegetables were...incredibly fresh. The spinach in the skillet dish was just barely cooked so that it retained both color and flavor. The broccoli was green and crunchy. The service could be considered slow, but we could overlook it when we considered that the food had to be prepared to order to be that fresh. And, all the dishes were beautifully plated. It's a great stop for travelers in this location.More

Coming from Louisville, ky on our way to St Louis, MO. Very conveniently located close to the highway. The service was prompt and the food was hot and everything tasted good!

Eggs were poached beautifully but the toast was burnt. Server was nice but forgetful. The location is perfect for holiday world travelers looking for a good meal that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

Some friendly servers. They hang out in the basement k and talk I stead of cleaned half of the dirty restaurant. Always dirty tables and floors.
