Went in at 11:30 am for lunch and was seated very quickly. The waitress was quick and got our food just as quick. Very nice restaurant even if you just want a milk shake.

I usually go a few times a month just for their good burgers. They have never messed up my order. I love their value menu and half price happy hour on shakes.

I really love Steak 'n Shake. However, the last 3 or 4 times we have went there, the service was so slow I thought we would starve. People were literally sitting there for 30-40 minutes without even being given menus or drinks. AND IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET A SHAKE! I have quit visiting this restaurant because of the slow... More

I eat here almost monthly now. If there wasn't so many restaurants around here I would eat at Shake and Shake much more. Their food is excellent and David the Manager runs the store like a Swiss watch. I usually dine at Shake and Shake when I receive the coupons in the mail which saves me $5 or more when... More

The prices are cheap, the burgers are good the fries are good, nothing at all wrong with that. The chili would really be good if you could get any meat in it but even if you order extra and pay for it they just won't give you any, it's called portion control, they won't raise their prices so they lower... The service here is usually bad, and the drive thru wait time is enough to make you say, "forget it" and go somewhere else. It doesn't matter what time of day it is, the drive thru is always so slow. We do not even go inside anymore due to the bad service that we have received there. The only positive... More

We went in and about half the tables were empty, but needed cleaned. No one cleaned them though so we stood AT LEAST 20 minutes waiting for a table without anyone saying a word to us! When we finally got a table, it was at least another 15 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order, and that was... More

My wife and I like to treat ourselves to a burger and fries once in awhile and this our restaurant of choice. We both love the loaded double cheeseburger and top it off with a chocolate shake. This restaurant is normally very busy so we try to sit at the bar unless we go during a slow period.

They can have a crowd here even when you wouldn't expect it. Like when we came on a Saturday afternoon between lunch and dinner times there would be a 20-30 minute wait. But the food here is worth it. I like their All American melt as well as their breakfasts in the morning.

My latest visit was more outstanding than the previous outstanding visits. The burger and fries were cooked to perfection and the shake was delicious. Our server, Kimberly, was SO attentive to detail and friendly. I look forward to going back.
