Noony!

Not only are the pizza and subs fabulous, so is the staff. We had a Noony and family size Italian salads delivered to our campsite. Pizza was hot and salads cold, all excellent. Definitely fed a lot of people. We also ordered subs another day making us very happy. Will be back next year when we visit.

Great pizza

Everything was wonderful. The pizza is probably the best in Indianapolis. The staff was super nice and helpful. We will definitely return. Great job keep up the good work.

Veggie w/ chicken was good. I would not recommend this crust on delivery. The crust gets soggy. Delivery was expected to be 1 hour and it arrived in 30 minutes at 7pm Saturday night. Will try again.

I placed an order online for six sandwiches for delivery. I was billed a debit of $52.17. I have the receipt, and a bank record of the debit. The delivery driver arrived with only two sandwiches. I showed her my receipt, and the total that I was billed. She was very sweet. She apologized, and vowed to return with my missing sandwiches. Then I received a call from the restaurant. The staff informed me that somehow a ticket had been created in the store for only TWO sandwiches. They were not able to explain what happened, and stated that if I called the store tomorrow - management could help me solve the problem. But I was told that they were "NOT willing" to bring me my missing sandwiches. I'm not sure why you wouldn't be willing to deliver food that was ALREADY PAID FOR by your customer. Accidents happen, for whatever reason. But why are you "NOT willing" to give your customer what they paid for. Obviously, someone doesn't care about the customer, or the restaurant's integrity overall. Online customers beware!

STEALS MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS WITHOUT PROVIDING FOOD

This is the most unprofessional place I have EVER seen. First of all, I placed an order online on 5/22/24 at 6:00pm. I ordered 3 large pizzas, an order of breadsticks and a meatball sub. Was given an automated message that the order would be delivered in an hour. I paid roughly $80 including the tip. At 7:10, my family was hungry for dinner. So, I called the store. A girl answered the phone, and I told her my issue. I asked her if she could give me an estimate on how much longer it’s going to be. Sounds simple enough, right? WRONG after 4 times of trying to find my order and having to repeat my name NUMEROUS times, she finally said she found the order……..I said okay, how long before it gets to me, since I have already waited around an hour and 20 minutes for the delivery. She IMMEDIATELY got an attitude and said “I AM NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE ESTIMATES ON HOW LONG IT TAKES OUR DRIVERS TO GET THERE”.I asked her name and she REFUSED to give me her name. I immediately asked for the manager. I was put on hold twice for over 5 minutes, and finally a girl, named Georgia answered the phone. I told her the issue and said all I want to know is if my order has left, because of the confusion on finding my order in beginning of phone call. First of all, she did the SAME thing that the previous girl did, repeatedly telling her my name, OVER AND OVER. I then said so why is it that I can’t have an estimate on how much longer it was go to be, she immediately said, let me look at the drivers’ screen and see….so I said well I want the previous girls name because she was rude AND she told me she wasn’t allowed to give estimates, and Georgia had the NERVE TO LIE and said to me, “ I was standing right beside her when she was talking to you, so I know she didn’t say that”. By this time, I had phone on speaker, so my family was listening to the entire conversation, and I was on the phone for around 20 minutes with them. After I asked her to give me the estimate before I cancel, she put me on hold for 2 minutes….she came back on phone and said “that she was so sorry about the 1 1/2 hour delay but one of her drivers passed out from BLOOD LOSS, so they have one driver. My order just left. I just hung up. I was done. I was hungry. My kids and husband were hungry so we thought since Panoony’s is 5 minutes from our house, we figured we would be eating in no time. At 7:50, the driver showed up in. Yellow Bug, and myself and my husband went to sidewalk to get pizza. My husband grabbed order from her, and I noticed that his sub was missing. With a note as pictured below, “we have no meatballs a $15 credit has been applied to your account. We apologize for the inconvenience! (Smiley Face) I ripped the paper off of pizza box, and approached the driver that came here. I asked her “why wouldn’t you guys call me and tell me that the item I ordered was out. “Why wasn’t the customer given the option to substitute”. “What account are you actually crediting?” My bank account because I don’t have a Panoony’s account.” She just kept saying “Ma’am, step away from my car”. So, I said your voice sounds familiar, what’s your name? I want contact info for the OWNER! She REFUSED to give me her name. After 2 hours of the ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE, I went off on her by saying all the rumors in town about Panoony’s and walked away. Oh it’s not done….it gets better from the great customer service from Panoony’s. 10 minutes later, my husband gets a phone call……and guess who it is, a “manager” from Panoony’s. They actually called to basically say that we are NO LONGER allowed to order from the store or come in UNLESS I apologize to the driver. My husband said ABSOLUTELY GREAT PLEASE TAKE US OFF YOUR CUSTOMER LIST BECAUSE THE ONLY ONE WHO SHOULD BE APOLOGIZING IS YOU FOR STEALING $80 plus from 2 used to be LOYAL customers. I’m disputing the transaction and EVERY ONE BEWARE The pizza was cold, looked like they let it sit in a car for 30 minutes before I got it. We threw it away!

If you are "big" on pizza, you might want to try their 30-inch pie. If my recent visit is any indication, whatever size your appetite, Panoony's has a great variety of featured pizzas; or, you can create your own. My party opted for the Meaty Pizza; we added green peppers. The pizza crust is thin and crispy with rolled edges. The pizza sauce is a family recipe and complements the other ingredients. The service was quick and the staff very pleasant (mostly family members). The prices were very reasonable, especially given the quality of the pizza. The restaurant also features wings and other things. I will definitely go back.

Secret Pizza Place Discovered

Why have I never heard of this place before??? It was AMAZING!!! Super fresh toppings, large portions, very reasonable prices! I will not do chain pizza again - no comparison. We ate in and the lady who waited on us was not very friendly but wasn’t rude either - just there. Still had amazing pizza and breadsticks.

Bad first impression

First time eating here. Will most likely not return. Ordered two subs for carry out. The buns on both subs can only be described as burnt, black.l and brittle. There is no way the staff was not aware of this, yet they choose to serve them. Really disappointed. Actually waited all week to give Panoonys a try today. Only plus were the breadsticks. I see all of the positive reviews and wonder how this happened.

Ever Heard of Foltzticks?

Don’t get me wrong the pizza is awfully good. Love, love, love the Meaty Noony pizza! Make sure and take an SUV to pick it up! It barely fits in the back. But no matter what, make sure and order their Foltzticks! These are the best breadsticks ever. I get the spicy cheese to dip them in! Definitely try Panoony’s you’ll like it.

Huge pizza and wings. Good food. Nice people. Delivery and great for a party. We order their Noony and it never disappoints. We constantly use them for events. Even our rehearsal dinner, we had a ton of people from out of town. Everyone was at the same hotel. We used a meeting room had tons of alcohol pizza wings salad it was soo much fun.

I’ve order from this location on multiple occasions and each time there has been a discrepancy with my order. I ordered salads on two separate occasions and they were delivered without utensils. The first encounter I went to the neighboring establishment and second time I contacted the restaurant and it was delivered. I ordered from this establishment on 04-19-2018 and ordered two large pies as a treat to my coworkers. I ordered the “pile up” due to being allergic to green peppers I requested the pie without green peppers. The pizza arrived with green peppers, I contacted a male representative of the store, who appeared to be a manager, he argued with me and insisted I said “onions” not green peppers. I commented verbatim “No sir, that’s incorrect, you repeated no green peppers and no olives”. I went on to explain “I’m allergic to green peppers, have been my entire life I’m definite I said no green peppers”. The rep then angrily yelled into the phone I know what you said don’t order from us anymore and hung up the phone. I visited the location to return the pie I could not eat and request a refund and he continued to be rude along with another male member of their staff remarking “you guys get a 50% discount if you don’t want green peppers you should pick them off....clearly not comprehending the difference between “allergic” and dislike. I was appalled, humiliated, and disappointed by the lack of professional integrity and unacceptable customer service received during this experience. I’m saddened to write this review because I believe if you don’t have anything positive to contribute negatively just breeds more negativity, however, no one deserves to be disrespected and treated in this manner... if there were no customers there would be no business. I wish them all the best, but I’ll take the associates advice and cease visiting this establishment.

Not too bad but nice and hot

Ordered a pizza from Panoony’s from the recommendation of the hotel and enjoyed it. It was a little better than average but it was delivered on time and hot. The crust was nothing special as was the sausage and mushrooms. The sauce was pretty typical also. Nice pie but nothing that will stand out.

30" Pizza fits the bill

We placed our order earlier in the week as suggested by an employee when I called to ask a few questions. We set a pick-up time and it was ready and hot when we got there. They were not skimpy on the toppings. My only complaint is that there were several pieces that were just crust with no cheese/sauce at all. They were small- but somewhat of a waste. The 30" fed 7 of us (with a healthy appetite) with about 6 pieces left over. They carried the pizza out to our car for us too! We would go here more often if we lived closer to it.

We decided to order from Panoony's the other day and all three of us were glad we did. I placed the order online (more expanded menu than I found published). Immediately after placing the order, the restaurant called me to see what kind of salad dressings we wanted. Wow! The salads were fresh and the cheese pizza was excellent. All of us decided Panoony's will be a on the regular rotation for our pizza orders in the future!
