First time eating here. Will most likely not return. Ordered two subs for carry out. The buns on both subs can only be described as burnt, black.l and brittle. There is no way the staff was not aware of this, yet they choose to serve...them. Really disappointed. Actually waited all week to give Panoonys a try today. Only plus were the breadsticks. Don’t get me wrong the pizza is awfully good. Love, love, love the Meaty Noony pizza! Make sure and take an SUV to pick it up! It barely fits in the back. Huge pizza and wings. Good food. Nice people. Delivery and great for a party. We order their Noony and it never disappoints. We constantly use them for events. I’ve order from this location on multiple occasions and each time there has been a discrepancy with my order. I ordered salads on two separate occasions and they were delivered without utensils. The first encounter I went to the neighboring establishment and second time I...contacted the restaurant and it was delivered. I ordered from this establishment on 04-19-2018 and ordered two large pies as a treat to my coworkers. I ordered the “pile up” due to being allergic to green peppers I requested the pie without green peppers. The pizza arrived with green peppers, I contacted a male representative of the store, who appeared to be a manager, he argued with me and insisted I said “onions” not green peppers. I commented verbatim “No sir, that’s incorrect, you repeated no green peppers and no olives”. I went on to explain “I’m allergic to green peppers, have been my entire life I’m definite I said no green peppers”. The rep then angrily yelled into the phone I know what you said don’t order from us anymore and hung up the phone. I visited the location to return the pie I could not eat and request a refund and he continued to be rude along with another male member of their staff remarking “you guys get a 50% discount if you don’t want green peppers you should pick them off....clearly not comprehending the difference between “allergic” and dislike. I was appalled, humiliated, and disappointed by the lack of professional integrity and unacceptable customer service received during this experience. I’m saddened to write this review because I believe if you don’t have anything positive to contribute negatively just breeds more negativity, however, no one deserves to be disrespected and treated in this manner... if there were no customers there would be no business. I wish them all the best, but I’ll take the associates advice and cease visiting this establishment.More

Ordered a pizza from Panoony’s from the recommendation of the hotel and enjoyed it. It was a little better than average but it was delivered on time and hot. The crust was nothing special as was the sausage and mushrooms. The sauce was pretty typical...also. Nice pie but nothing that will stand out.More

We placed our order earlier in the week as suggested by an employee when I called to ask a few questions. We set a pick-up time and it was ready and hot when we got there. They were not skimpy on the toppings. My only...complaint is that there were several pieces that were just crust with no cheese/sauce at all. They were small- but somewhat of a waste. The 30" fed 7 of us (with a healthy appetite) with about 6 pieces left over. They carried the pizza out to our car for us too! We would go here more often if we lived closer to it.More

We decided to order from Panoony's the other day and all three of us were glad we did. I placed the order online (more expanded menu than I found published). Immediately after placing the order, the restaurant called me to see what kind of salad...dressings we wanted. Wow! The salads were fresh and the cheese pizza was excellent. All of us decided Panoony's will be a on the regular rotation for our pizza orders in the future!More

We had delivery to a nearby hotel. We got pizza, cheese bread, and the cinnamon dessert breadsticks. Everything was excellent! The delivery was free and on time.

We are regular patrons of Panoony's, mostly using home delivery, but we have eaten inside the restaurant a few times as well. The pizza is great, the wings are huge and tasty, and the italian salad is perfect for two or three people to split...along with their pizza or wings. Give it a try!More

We have ordered Pizza here multiple Times and it is always great and the staff is wonderful. They also offer free delivery to the local area!

Excellent service and pizza delivered just as ordered the Big Noony is awesome. If you are feeding a crowd this is a monster pizza and well worth it.
