A great selection of beer and liquor. The best corned beef and cabbage in town plus great potatoes. Also, the fish and chips are fantastic. The celtic stew is also excellent. A great place to go with friends. Service is top notch.

I just love eating here. The food is wonderful. I love the Irish stew in the bread bowl with a pint of New Castle. The atmosphere is like a true Irish pub.

The food, the atmosphere, and the excellent service always make a visit to the Lion pleasurable and it is somewhere I enjoy taking people for their first time. And if they have a chance, there is always a second visit.

The menu offers many tasty options at reasonable prices. Guiness is poured with care. The surroundings are comfortable and work well for groups, whether small or large. This has become a long time favorite for many in the community with a wide range of ages represented.

We enjoyed refreshing drinks of a special brew of beer and local bourbon recommended by the friendly bartender along with the gentle sounds of Irish music in the background.

I've been here a few times. The cheese plate appetizer is great if you like Brie. I ordered the fish n chips which were delicious. Not greasy at all. My daughter ordered the mutton pie which is a bread bowl with the coddle (a potato and sausage soup) in it. She said it was really good! Very happy with this... More

We visited this pub for dinner and all in the party enjoyed their dinners. This is a pub with seating on several levels and allows underage eaters only on the top floor.

Great service, great food! You will not be disappointed. I ordered the corned beef and cabbage. Very tender and flavorful. My son ordered fish and chips. Not greasy, very nice flaky white fish. Generous potions sizes and great prices.

The Irish Lion serves good pub food and drinks in a very nice setting. The service is very good as well. It's a good place to go to get a good meal without breaking the bank.
