Chocolate Moose is the 'bomb' and no trip to Bloomington is complete until you've visited the 'Moose'! I personally love their soft serve and the portion sizes aren't skimpy. So much to choose from on their menu.

Stopped by here on the way back to our bed and breakfast room. My wife got the peanut butter yougurt chocolate sundae and I got the homemade bananas split. Both of them were very good. We like the place. The only downside was that there is no outside seating. If your in the area its a cant miss.

No trip to Bloomington is complete without a trip to the Chocolate Moose. Took the kids there for an old school summer experience. Standing in line at the Chocolate Moose for treats is what summer is about. Best tasting icecream for sure. My personal favorite is the lemon custard. Had it two nights in a row. It's a shame that... There were so many options, it took us a while to decide. The cinnamon ice cream was especially delicious!

This is a cool little ice cream "chalet" on the outskirts of IU campus. We were told it has the best ice cream and they were right. A nice selection and the prices were not too bad. It will become a traditional stop when we are at IU.

We went to the Chocolate Moose last Friday night and WOW!! Very tasty and lots of fun what with the karaoke and the fleet of food trucks. Lots of fun and worth the several block walk.

We were hungry for hand-dipped ice cream so family members suggested here. They forgot about Food-truck Friday, but that just added to the fun time we had. There was karaoke, a balloon-animal artist, air brush tattoos, and kettle corn samples. The home-made coffee ice cream was the absolute best I've ever had. Everyone got more than they could eat. Make... More

We love this place. It has the best sweet cinnamon ice cream on the planet. We went on a Friday during lunch time. It was food truck Friday so it was extremely hectic. We waited only a few minutes but it was worth the wait.

This place is great, quick service, great options and not pricy. They offer vegan ice cream which is had to find at an actual ice cream place. They have 3 flavors, vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. Highly recommend all. My favorite was the vanilla ice cream in a waffle cone dipped in chocolate, best way to have ice cream in my... More

We stayed in Bloomington after the Indy 500 race and just wanted to see the campus for the first time. Drove by here and thought it looked cute. Continued driving around and realized we should have stopped. Continued driving around some more to find it but it was worth it. Good fresh ice cream and a nice little outside wall... More
