Pappa's was the perfect place for nine of us to do a business lunch. We sat in the bar area and received fantastic service and great food. Our group ordered burgers, wraps, tenderloin sandwiches, fish, and salads that I can remember.
Everyone's food was great...and the service was quick and friendly.
If you're from Bedford or just passing through - check this place out!More
Got the wrong rueben because she didn't tell me or ask me if I wanted traditional or burger. Manager said he would take care of it but I said no I'll pay for it because I ate it. Then it took 15 minutes to get...my hill and another 15 to get my changeMore
After church on Saturday nights we go there with a group for supper and sometimes drinks. There is a family side and a bar side. We have eaten at both sides. The service is good and the food is delicious. I especially like the fried...chicken. I think it's the best fried chicken in town. The prices are reasonable. The drinks are expensive in my opinion.More
Our Uncle eats at Pappas every time he is on Bedford. So of course we had to try out his favorite sandwich when we were in town. We definitely recommend the pork tenderloin samdwich!! Plus go on Tuesdays for a free piece of pie which...is also excellent.More
My husband and I stopped for a late lunch on our way back to Indianapolis from southern Indiana. The" Free Pie Tuesday" sign sucked us in. My husband had the grilled pork chop and I had chicken tenders. Each came with two sides. Both dinners...were very good. And, the pie was outstanding. I had Kentucky Silk (a light chocolate mousse on a sugar cookie crust) and my husband had cherry. Our server Michelle was very friendly. We will be sure to stop again the next time we are through Bedford.More
I ordered the New York strip. Now to be fair, when a New York strip is $10.99, one shouldn’t really have great expectations. This one was so thin that it would be impossible to cook it lighter than medium well. I ordered a medium since...they had no idea what “medium rare plus” means, but what I got was basically well done. There was 2 bites in the center that might pass for medium well but that’s about it. Other than that, not too bad. Service was friendly and prompt, drinks were good and not expensive. I do know that they have other dishes that I’ve rated higher in the past. This area has needed a good steakhouse for a long time, and unfortunately this isn’t going to be the oneMore
My wife and I both had the prime with sides. Everything was very good. Brandy was our server and took great care of us. If you are looking for a beer 🍻 with your dinner try the Damn Blond it is tasty 😋. I recommend.
