Napolita delivered the best gluten free pizza I have had this side of Atlantic. My husband says their regular crust reminds him of the authentic pizzerias in Italy. We have ordered pizza to go 3-4 times and we are never disappointed. I believe they must use high quality ingredients because the pizza is so good. Currently (August 2020) they are offering half price wine to go (whoop) The only problem we had was really a snafu with grubhub which prevented us from ordering. The only way our experience with Napolita could be improved is if they offered delivery themselves instead of using delivery services (they all charge more for the pizza and add on all types of fees).

Made a reservation for a Friday night. When we arrived, about 7pm the place was packed. There were two young women at the hostess stand and another older woman who was running around very flustered. There was a woman at the stand that seemed to have a problem with her take out order but no matter what I couldn't get the attention of anyone to let me them know we were there for our 7pm reservation. More people were coming in and the hostesses were actively ignoring all of us. The whole situation was very poor. Eventually we did get their attention and did get seated. They were not apologetic and certainly not friendly. We came for Restaurant week and I will say that the menu is a good deal. Unlike most Restaurant week menus this one is meant for sharing. You have a choice of the three course menu or the four course one. We went with the four course menu and chose the Bruschetta, the beet and goat cheese salad, a veggie pizza and the flourless chocolate cake. The beet and goat cheese salad, titled Barbabietola, was the best of the four courses. It was a well balanced combination of flavors and had plenty of sweet red and gold beets with just right amounts of tart goat cheese, spicy arugula and tangy balsamic vinegar. The Bruschetta was fine. A traditional combo of ricotta, roasted cherry tomatoes and basil. I thought it too bready and quite crisp enough. The pizza had good flavor and I loved all the veggies - artichokes, olives and mushrooms. They call this pizza Quattro Stagioni. The problem with it was that the crust became just a lump of wet dough in the center. The outside of the crust was delicious but I really didn't care for how soggy and just plain gooey the center became. The dessert, the flourless chocolate cake was not good. It was dry and pretty flavorless. As I mentioned, they were very busy and the volume level in the place was very high. It was really really loud and it made conversation with my dining partner difficult. The tables were very close together and it was easier to hear the conversation of the table next to us than to hear the person across from me. I was pretty disappointed in our visit here, especially considering how popular they seem to be.

Best crust and dough we have found outside of Italy. Eat here probably once a month and look forward to it every time. House wine options are decent, but not great. Too much meat on pizza and it can get salty so be careful. The Margharita pizza is great to share as an app too .. or split with one other as a meal. Might have to go tonight!

Terrible mistake in the kitchen and extremely disappointing customer service. Despite careful, explicit instructions on the necessity of making dishes gluten- and dairy-free, the food was not made to specifications, with the potential consequence of serious illness. When the situation was luckily discovered by the customers and reported to the restaurant, they eventually prepared a replacement but it was not done in a timely fashion and there was no further attempt to make the customers happy. This experience compared very poorly to many other restaurants over the years.

The single worst post Covid experience in dining. We were rushed through our dinner under the auspices of a 90 minute state Covid policy. Literally told we had no time to be offered dessert or coffee due to having reached out allotted dining time. The experience felt as if we had gone to a fast food restaurant. We were served drinks, appetizers and dinner within a span of twenty minutes. The waiter was clueless and had no personality. This place is ridiculous!

We both ordered for take-out veggie white (bianca) pizzas, one without carmelized onions. The fairly thick bread-like crust was not that crispy despite our instructions. The problem, I think, is the liquidy cheese, eggplant and zucchini that made the center of the pizzas quite soggy. The pizzas came uncut, and because of the centers' wetness, made it hard to cut at home. We don't have a pizza wheel. A pizza is too large for one person (we both ate 3/4's), but too small for two.

We have visited Napolita a number of times. The food is always very good. The staff is always attentive, particularly the waiter tonight. They are responsive and friendly when it comes to food allergies. The atmosphere is always lively and pleasant.

The noise level on the Saturday night we ate dinner at this restaurant was not acceptable. To talk to the waiter and other couple, we had to practically scream. The salads we ordered were fresh and well made. I understand the trout was very good. The pasta dishes dishes we ordered were average.

Really good thin crust pizza. Nice service. Nice choices for making the pizza to your liking. Street parking available. Sometimes can get noisy. Family friendly. For busy eating times, make a reservation .

A must when in Wilmette. Awesome pizza, reasonable price. Good table wine. Friendly service. There are two sections. High top tables in bar area is where we sat. Adjacent room with lower tables had loads of families, and suitable for kids too. I hear their entrees are also great, but difficult for us to pass up the pizza.

This is one of our very favorite restaurants. They have a lovely outside area, amazing service, and really delicious food. We especially like the artichoke heart appetizer, the caesar salad, and the fungi rossa pizza. The restaurant is very dog friendly which we really appreciate. The manager came around to each table to check on us. At a time where service is suffering at most restaurants, we can't say enough good about the service here.

I’ve had pizza here before, but I was disappointed with the margarita pizza. I had the Caesar salad, which was average the most exciting thing we ordered. It was the eggplant sandwich which was delicious. The bread was perfect.

Surprised by our friends last minute decision to join us for dinner, we arrived on a beautiful evening with no reservation….. Bill, the manager was incredibly kind and resourceful in finding a way to accommodate us! Our waiter John was almost as nice….. made sure we weren’t forgotten and that all was good several times. Drinks were great with a delicious Manhattan or two and a couple lavandas which also went down nicely….. The pizza was very good…. Not perfect since the center area was a bit undercooked and soupy, but excellent crust with char, great toppings and tasty sauce. The mushrooms and mozzarella had fresh flavor and nice presentation. The Caesar salad was also great with a generous portion, tangy anchovy dressing but a limp cold crouton. These days with labor shortages affecting service everywhere, it was wonderful to find experienced, helpful employees who genuinely seemed to care that we had the best possible experience….. we WILL be back!
