Our waiter was really sweet and helped us out a lot explaining the menu and even gave us crab legs splitting tips. It was pricy but it's definitely worth stopping in if you enjoy crab and lobster.

Was a fun and delicious restaurant. I love the extensive seafood menu and the many options for preparation. Many of the dishes feel home cooked rather then assembly line prepared. Two big thumbs up for me.
Chinn's always has excellent food and this visit was no exception. Additionally, our server was fantastic and took the time to bring a tray of different shellfish and explain the differences (types of crab) to my teenagers. Crab legs were amazing and lobster was good and would have been better but was overcooked. Thus the reason for a 4/5...when a... More
Bob Chinn's is always a great place to eat so we decided to meet for a friend's birthday. We really enjoyed it! I had the Fish sampler char broiled and it was really good! They also have great coleslaw. Our service was also really good, Jonathan was very attentive. One of the other servers asked if we wanted our group... More
This is a family favorite. Be it seafood (and they are on top of this game) or steaks or prime rib (and they are equally good here), you can never go wrong. Their Mai Tai drinks are legendary and the service with servers wearing Polynesian shirts and usually shorts, really take care of you. My only complaint, and it isn't... More
This place always seems to have a line, especially on weekends, but the food is great. We go here a few times a year and are never disappointed.
Bob Chinn's still has the best seafood selection in the Chicago area. Lunch was much better with a normal better restaurant dining pace... More
Bob Chinn's has been a staple for well over 25 years. You cannot beat the quality of the seafood, the fast and friendly service. Occasionally there is a wait, but it is painless if you enjoy an energetic bar scene.
If you like fresh fish flown in daily, this is the place. Casual, a bit pricey, but very good. Don't miss the Mai Tai and the onion/garlic rolls...deliciousness ! Be prepared to wait when the weather gets warm.
