Sat at the bar as I was by myself and the bar tender was helpful. She recommended the "special fish" Halibut prepared Tempura style. It was very good and there was plenty of it. Kept it simple and had the white rice as a side. Would have considered a specialty drink but was driving and the last I remember from... More

I haven't been here in 20 years, but the food is still excellent and the service top notch. So glad I got a chance to come back.

Everyone goes to Chinn's for fabulous seafood but my son always has the steak sandwich and salad bar and says it's better than any steak "joint"!!

Back in the '90,s , Bob Chinn's was the BEST seafood restaurant in Northern Illinois. No arguments- No questions allowed! Today it had lost his spirit. The Crab House needs to re-think his future and get his path.

This is the place to eat in Chicago's northern suburbs for delicious Alaskan King crab legs and other great seafood. Bob flies it in fresh daily. Often see Chicago Bulls players eating there on weekends. We used to see Bob or his daughter there most times when we'd go for early dinner back in the day when we lived there.... More
