Consistently good food with vegetarian and gluten-free options.

The food is consistently excellent. We try something different most times and it never disappoints. Our family has some members that are vegetarian and some that are gluten free. Vegetarians have many options, including vegetable lo mein, vegetable delight, vegetable soup, and vegetable egg rolls. Gluten free people can request some dishes to be made gluten free. We’ve had the vegetable soup and cashew chicken prepared gluten free and they were both very good.

Never disappoints

Have been going to Chen’s for several years and have never been disappointed.Quality food at reasonable prices prompt service. Lunch specials are very inexpensive.

Lunch with my husband at Chen's

We come to Chen's quite often. They have a very good menu to choose from. We usually get the luncheon special. We get the shrimp egg foo young, an egg roll the rice, soup and tea with our meal. We also get an fortune cookie afterwards. The food is excellent and reasonable. I highly recommend eating here.

Nothing amazing. But mostly tasty. Your standard American Chinese food. The tofu was very soggy. Other veggie dishes good. Very quick delivery to our hotel. They even brought plates, napkins and plastic dinnerware! Awesome!

great neighborhood chinese. Alll expected items to be had. Prices very good. Chefs work really hard. Huge take out business but eating in is good too. Quick service...you can get served very quickly. Excellent service.

I visit Chen's regularly for the lunch specials. The price is good, the food is good, and the service is good. Not fancy, but a consistently good lunch. My lunch is less than $10 with tip.

Mongolian Beef Yummy!

This is a nice small restaurant in a strip mall. We go here every once in a while for lunch, it is GREAT. The price is awesome for what you get to eat, food is excellent and service is very good. Two of us eat for $13.70 plus your tip. Get soup, egg roll, large selection menu, tea and fortune cookie, can't be beat. We will be going back for sure.

Unexpectedly delicious

So I don't know why I didn't expect this restaurant to have great food, I think I'm just used to mediocre Chinese food when being delivered. But I'm going to tell you, it was absolutely awesome. I wondered why the potstickers were $5.50, which isn't much but half of a large entrée. But they are absolutely huge, maybe two or three times the size of an average potsticker. They barely fit in a large take-out container. And I'm going tell you they are so good, probably among the best I've ever had. Then I dug in to this massive meal that could feed three people. I ordered the Szechuan supreme and it was perfect. I think this restaurant should be on anybody's list if you're looking for Asian in Tinley park.

Was in town on business and there were a bunch of menus in the office for local eatery's. Read through Chen's menu and the price for lunch was great. Stopped in and the restaurant was doing a brisk lunch business. Was seated promptly and ordered the luncheon combo of Mongolian beef which came with chicken fried rice, and egg role and hot and sour soup. First I could not believe the price of $6.25, secondly this food was great. By far this is the best egg roll I've ever tasted, it was light and crunchy, not doughy at all. The soup was very flavorful. Perfect amount of beef and rice for lunch. The beef was spicy but I did not find it to be overly hot. Had great flavor and was cooked perfectly, not tough at all. The rice was equally on par. Service was spot on, very friendly.
