Had dinner at the bar area. Service started out OK, not particularly friendly, but not terrible either. Got one of their three course meals, the foods were all fine. However when came time for dessert, I mentioned I wanted it a few minutes. Well, at least a half hour passed with no dessert, or any acknowledgement from the bartender. Sigh.... More
We ate at the Outback Steakhouse here for the first time. The waitress was very good. She would make suggestions on the menu. She kept in touch as our meal progressed which is very nice. Some other restaurants we have been in, you are constantly wondering where they went. The food taste and quality was a disappointment. My wife's pasta... More
I ate here on business when I brought a group. I had the sirloin steak (med-rare) with Marsala mushrooms on top, coconut shrimp, Caesar salad, and French Onion soup. Before I went there, I had not ate anything besides a quick breakfast. I felt great when I went. I ordered and ate. Then started to feel a bit bloated and... More
Visited on a recent Saturday evening for dinner. Restaurant is comfortable with a preponderance of booths for seating. Service was excellent throughout dinner. The "Blooming Onion" appetizer was the best we have ever eaten. Crispy but not burned. My Cesar salad was good after I asked for extra dressing since it was very dry as served. Partner had the ground... More
Went to Outback tonight and, as usual, everything was tasty and the portions large. The service was very efficient and pleasant. I had a salad and the shrimp on the barbie and it was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The ribs that my grandson had were very good and the portion was HUGE. My only complaint was the seating in... Have not been to an Outback in several years because I prefer to go to restaurants that are not chains. Outback to me in the past was too pricy for a chain, although there food is usually pretty good. That coupled with in general that they are only open for dinner but for the weekends doesn't bring Outback to mind... More
We regularly visit this steakhouse and have always enjoyed our meals (but stay away from the Blomin Onion as it is way to greasy). The service has also always been excellent. Though the price is a little high we find with coupons and the Outback Dining card we eat here very reasonalby. Atmosphere is just average - a little dark.
I was in the Chicago area on business but met up with some friends in area at their local Outback Steakhouse. Chain restaurants can be unpredictable when it comes to service but this location was outstanding. The food at Outback is always enjoyable. So this was a pleasant evening and I would certainly dine at this location again.
I have no idea where these people are coming up with these rave reviews ? I have been here numerous times and for the first few years they were pretty good. The last few years has been consistently poor food quality. Love the blooming onion, but when there constantly over cooked and greasy, not very appetizing. The prime rib used... More
