Old school pizza place with the modern menu.. craft beer... great thin crust pizza. Having a "duck bacon" blt . Great place to watch sports, plenty of TV. Worth a stop.

It was a nice evening, so we chose Village Inn since they had an outdoor patio. The interior is part pizzeria and part sports bar. There are a lot of TVs to watch different sports events. On the outside patio, they do have a section that is considered "smoking", so depending on the wind, you may smell cigarette smoke. We... More

Village Inn has been a local institution for over 30 years. Randy Miles has done a lot in the last 3 years to update the menu and dining room. After the no smoking regulations for restaurants, the entire place must have been steam cleaned because there is no lingering odors anywhere. Food is a cut above standard bar food -... More

Came here to watch the NLDS, with the hometown Cubs playing. The place was packed and the crowd was buzzing. Even so the staff provided good service (our waitress was very friendly) and the kitchen got our food out quick. I ordered a Cajun grilled catfish sandwich, my partner ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich. Both were tasty. Good for pub... More

Good pizza (especially the thin crust, but try the Alberti's Special for something different), decent selection of craft beer on tap, tasty salads and sandwiches, with enough TVs to keep everyone happy - a pleasant neighborhood sports bar where you don't have to be a "regular" to feel welcomed and be treated right. Friendly wait staff - some are more... More

My family lives in this area, and we order from Village Inn about every other week. We LOVE them! The pizza is wonderful! We are friendly with the staff and they always have our order ready when we come in to pick it up. Prices are reasonable, and the quality is superb! We usually get half Village Inn Special (green... I have lived in skokie the past 20 years or so and so far this is the best and crust pizza I have found. I usually have the pizza delivered but have you eaten here occasionally. It is your typical bar atmosphere and can be especially crowded evenings and weekends.

We went in hoping to watch a little hockey with dinner and were't disappointed. Occasionally the cheering by a youth hockey group was a little annoying but mostly it was a fun time with good food. There are lots of food options here and most of it is quite good. Don't look for the healthy menu, though, it doesn't really... More

Just okay pizza (Village Inn Special) - crust is thin but dry and a lacks much flavor. Toppings and sauce was good so just made for an average pizza. Service was good, but table was sticky. Plenty of good beers on tap, lots of TV's with sports.

The pizza is terrific, especially if you like really thin crust. They have a great variety of beers on tap and lots of tvs for sports events. I've only eaten carry out, but their sandwiches are consistently good and they offer way more than burgers. They also offer an Italian menu which has good variety and is prices reasonably. Overall...
