Local family friendly Greek food. Recently built when it's original spot got too small. Newer and nicer. Large selection of all our favorites such as gyros, hummus, moussaka and many lamb dishes. Order at the counter and a few minutes later it's delivered hot and tasty for you to enjoy!

We've been going to Pita Inn in Skokie for a very long time. The food is so fresh (especially the pita, which they make themselves) and incredibly good. It's often so crowded though, even in the new much bigger building, that we usually call ahead to pick up our order and bring it home after work. Much quicker!! Just be... More

There are way too many people in such a small space that it feels congested all the time. Scoot your chair too far back (think about an inch or two) and you effectively remove any space for others to pass behind you... This limits the amount of times we choose to go to this location.

I dined here tonight and like the experience. I entered and was instantly confused about what I was to do as there was no host stand and just arrows pointing to a counter where you could order OR pick up food from call-in orders, I had their vegetarian platter and it was on point. I also bought a small bit... More

Pita Inn recently expanded from is original site to a much larger restaurant, with a nice big parking lot. It is a testament to their popularity that the lot is always full, no matter the time of day. It is not glitzy or trendy, but customers know they will receive generous portions of standard midwestern-style Middle-Eastern food at reasonable prices.... More

Growing up in Detroit, this is not the same type of middle-eastern food. IMO this is almost Americanized-Middle Eastern food. Thought the food was okay, not bad. Many people really like it and recommend it. It was just not for us.

They offer a business lunch special that is very economical and offers a lot of delicious food. Enough to bring home for a second meal and under $10.00

we love Pita Inn and go there often. We also love Zad's. Not loving the chicken though. The color puts me off as does the flavor.

Actually he asks for it more often, but we do pick up or dine in at least once a week. This is one of my son's favorite places 'Pita Inn'...Even before it's current location, my now 13 year old has been asking for the beef shwarma longer than he's been able to pronounce the meal. My husband always gets the... More
