Service was atrociously slow. My vegetarion wrap was 90% lettuce and they added a tip to each bill without us asking. I wont be back.

After some serious nudging from a friend we reluctantly went back to give it another try. Same result - horrible waitstaff and lousy food. Again, I'm comparing it to its predecessor Gianotti's, which was a standout Italian restaurant and great bar/entertainment scene. Strongly recommend you...find alternative dining. This won't work.More

Although it’s a organized event, I believed is while worthy to mention quality of food served. Well organized and is perfect venue for special events. Food was primarily ethnic and delicious. Service was timely. Would like to come back and experience some more choices on...the menu.More

My order was to arrive between 7:25-7:45, and it was delivered to my hotel room at 7:05. I ordered the Penne Arribiata, which the website says is "spicy tomato sauce with loose Italian sausage". It came with freshly wrapped bread and a salad. I also...ordered the cannoli. The top of the pasta said "Penne Arribiata Alfredo." While it was very good, it was definitely not what I had ordered. The amount you receive is plenty for 2 or 3 servings, and I was sad that I could not keep it for leftovers. The cannoli seemed to have been previously frozen, and were not completely thawed. Everything was packed well, and my itemized receipt was included as I requested. Overall, I would try this restaurant again if I was staying in the area.More

Certainly the loss of a friend is tough, but when you can sit afterwards and talk about the person and remember them while eating a great luncheon, it does help with the day. We came here and had a great selection of dishes. Everyone commented...on how they liked the food and how they appreciated the servers who were efficient and friendly. We'll be back to Tuscano's Italian Restaurant & Lounge for dinner - sooner, rather than later.More

This restaurant provides a free shuttle from and back to the Hampton Inn. Everything here, food, service and ambiance are all first rate. No complaints whatsoever!

Came from Europe and Tuscano's was a few miles away from O'hare airport so I decided to go have dinner there. Let's just say one dinner there was not enough - went again mainly for their cajun calamari that the waitress recommended I try. The...staff was very friendly and put my bags in the coat room until I finished my dinner and then was offered a ride to my hotel free of charge by their 'Tuscano's Shuttle.' Will definitely stop by for a meal when in Chicago again.More

As part of a business meeting, I ate at Tuscano's. Unfortunately, the food was just average and some parts were below average. I was looking forward to great Italian food Chicago style, but Tuscano's was not what I had in mind. Sorry.

My wife had a seminar at the Ohare Hyatt from 6:00-8:00 afterwards we went out looking for a bite to eat. There are many expensive restaurants nearby so we chose this moderately priced restaurant. We each got a starter salad swimming in dressing. I got...the blue cheese dressing that tasted like Miracle Whip with blue cheese crumbles added. The lettuce looked days old with edges of some leaves turning black her salad was made up of the center of a head of lettuce, the bitter portion with brown edges. I ordered a pasta dish with white beans and I think spinach. The pasta were lumps of dough balls. My wife's pasta dish was good with a nice tomato sauce. Only a few other tables were busy with customers. Friendly staff but food is nothing to be proud of. Go for the other expensive places and enjoy the evening.More

This restaurant was recommended by the concierge at our hotel. They sent a van to pick us up (and returned us to the hotel). Our party of 6 were all pleased with the food. It tasted good and the portions were generous, all for a...reasonable price.More
