We were in Quincy and thought we would eat at The Abbey. It was 5:20. We got the last table! It was loud, but the food was excellent. The restaurant was doing a promotion of only $2.25 per glass for the house wine and 1/2 off all appetizers until 5:30. I don't know if this is a weekly promotion or... More

It's hard to beat this place for a good meal in Quincy. I see some negative reviews of the abbey and I don't really know what they are comparing too. This place has some great finger food appetizers to start with. You can get a wide variety of sandwiches and basket meals. And to top it off, they have some... More

We were in Quincy for a girls weekend and ate here for dinner on Saturday night. They don't take reservations so we expected a wait. When we arrived there was a wait for inside but we we were able to be seated on the patio right away. The food was very good and our waitress was excellent. I would definitely... More

Gathered with daughter and family to send granddaughter off to college. As usual great 2for 1 happy hour for adults. Great food and service. A great atmosphere for friends to gather for good food and fellowship. Never disappointed in food or service.

My first visit & if I were a local I would consider this one of my favs. We started with the blooming onion, then we shared the pork tenderloin sandwich & a buffalo chicken sandwich covered in fries with those signature cheese sauce.

They have the best apps. Great sauces and great food. Friendly wait staff. Might have to wait because it is popular.

Hadn't been to The Abbey to in year after moving away from Quincy in the '80's. My 87 year old mother and I went at 5:00 on a Saturday prior to a Quincy Gems game. Right away as we entered it was very hard to focus coming in from bright sunshine as it was pretty dark inside. I was afraid... More
