As you pull into the parking lot you might think the place was closed because of the distressed exterior. They must be doing a renovation on the outside facade. Happily they are indeed open for business. When you walk through the front door you are...greeted by a trio of gruesome clowns. It is then obvious that they love Halloween here. In fact the servers are all in costume and ghoulish figures are everywhere. The place is cavernous and industrial looking. Television screens abound. The beer menu is extensive, heavy on crafted brews, hence the name. My wife had the honey butter fried chicken plate with sweet potato fries. She loved it. Talk about a mound of fries. It looked about a pound to me. I had the margaritaville whitefish and it was delicious. Tender shrimp heaped on a slab of whitefish smothered in a sauce of rice and gravy very much like a Cajun dish. Loved the food, loved the vibe, we'll be back.More

We go often to Crafted as a couple and also with friends. And take our dog Milton on occasion to lunch on the dog friendly patio. Have tried almost everything on the menu and never disappointed The staff, servers, hostesses, runners and everyone ARE A...10 PLUS!!! Good job management!More

This was an unpleasant lunch from start to finish. Food was awful - burgers were obviously frozen prefab patties that were cooked into leather. The sweet potato fries were both burnt and soggy, which takes some doing. The booths are weirdly ginormous so that average...sized adults cannot sit with their back supported and also bend their knees. Service was slow and indifferent, and the music was extremely loud. Spent more than $50 with tip for two entrees and three soft drinks. I was hoping for a refreshing travel break but this was not it. Seems like more of a roadhouse bar type environment that happens to be open for lunch. Would not return or recommend.More

We're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your visit. We make our Burgers fresh every day but apologized yours wasn't cooked to your preferences. We would have happily replaced it, same with the Fries. Please let us know if we can make it up to...More

The woman at the hotel said this was her favorite place to eat. Not sure why, the menu is a bit limited. we split the nachos ($12) which would have been ok but the cheese and chicken was only on the chips in the center...so most of the chips were thrown away. then we split the fish and chips which were bland and probably not home made. maybe if you stick to the salads and burgers it would be OKMore

My husband and I went to meet friends for lunch; we had never been there before, so we looked at the online menu. I decided to try the Uncommon Burger with a coffee ground rub and brown sugar. I knew the burger was a double...patty, but was disappointed to see that they appear to be smallish frozen patties - they were also dry. If there were coffee grounds and brown sugar I certainly couldn't tell; the best part was the goat cheese and siracha ranch. I am also used to brew pub burgers being thick, juicy and larger than the size of a store bought hamburger bun. On a positive note - the Pig Candy appetizer was very good and my husband liked his Cuban sandwich. There were four of us for lunch and my burger was definitely the smallest of the four sandwiches, I personally don't think it was worth $15. I will probably try Craft'd again, at some point, but I was disappointed with this visit.More

I met a friend for lunch yesterday. The Cuban sandwich was the best I've ever had! The homemade chips were great too! Plus, our Bartender gave us perfect service!

There were four of us I'm our party for lunch. Food was great, large portions, even the side salad! Chris P was a great server, very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items. Will definitely stop by again when in the area.

For the area, this is one of the best places to have a meal with friends or family (including your beloved canines if you don't mind sitting on the patio). The menu stands out from its local competitors and anytime I can order a delicious...gourmet hamburger on a GF bun, I am content. The food and service have always been very good. Highly recommend.More

An interesting menu. Not your typical burger at the bar joint. Wife loves their mac 'n cheese. Perhaps it's because of the shutdown but I find their prices to be high. What I can get else where for under $10 you'll pay $15-$20 for here....But it is unique. I like their tangy/spicy french toast/chicken. Again, pricy. For the same price we can get 3 meals from a Lou Malnati's pizza. It's a good place. KUDOS for staying open during fooled-ya pandemic.More

I've gotten carry out twice during Covid shut downs. First time we got the Philly cheesesteak. It was just ok, I don't think we like the Cheese Whiz, we prefer provolone, so maybe that's why we weren't big fans. But, 2nd time we ordered the...Meatloaf, Chicken and Waffles, and Bourbon Chicken. Meatloaf was ok, a little dry and crumbly, but good flavors. The bourbon chicken dinner was outstanding, and the chicken and waffles was one of the best things I've ever eaten! Loved the sugar pearls in the waffles, and the chicken was perfectly delicious! Also, the side salads that come with the meal is great! Spinach with dried cranberries and pieces of pig candy with poppyseed dressing. Excellent! And the home made syrup for the chicken and waffles was also very good! We picked up the food at the pick up window, and there was 1 car in front of us. After over 10 minutes I had to call to see if anyone was attending the pick up window. They sent someone right over, but how long was the person in front of me waiting? Why was it over 10 minutes and a phone call before someone even came to the window to assist the people in front of me? My order had to have been sitting for 15 minutes or longer, because I showed up right on time and had to wait. So, this was the only issue, but the food was still warm.More

I went on a Monday night with my family. We got a table in just a couple of minutes. We ordered the pretzel as a starter thinking as usual it would be 3 or 4 pieces. Out came a single giant pretzel on a huge...pizza tray. It was hot and the sauces were great. All our meals where delivered to us quickly. Great place were you get more than usual for your money. My only con would be that it is on the loud side as all the noise bounces off of brick walls with nothing to absorb it.More

We made reservations for 6 on a Friday night, and we were seated promptly. Seated in a booth that was comfortable for six, but not a big fan of having to step up to get in. Our server, Lizette, was fantastic, very patient with us....I like having a server who doesn't look helpless when you order a beer from their long list. Everyone enjoyed their meals (smoked meatloaf, wow). Only drawback was the noise level.More
