We traveled to St. Lucia as a couple group of 6 and stumbled across this place at Pigeon Island. Not only is Pigeon Island GORGEOUS and worth the price of admission, this gem of a restaurant/bar was the cherry on top! It was the most...reasonably priced food and drinks that we ran across during our visit. And the quality for the price was surprising! Everything was delicious! The staff was super friendly and helpful! We snorkeled for hours near the restaurant and saw a variety of beautiful fish including an octopus and a sea snake.More

eaten and drunk here several times whilst holidaying in St Lucia, we have twice spent new years eve here which were brilliant nights with amazing food and drink. during the day it is sometimes quite busy and you may have to wait for a table...especially if you want to sit outside. If you pay a visit to Pigeon island this little gem is not to be missed.More

This is a great p;ace for an informal lunch next to the Pigeon Island beaches. Friendly and efficient staff. Lots of shade under trees or awnings. Good range of food and all dishes served to adjacent tables looked good - ours was excellent.

If you are moored in Rodney Bay, take your dingy and head directly for Pigeon Island. Otherwise drive round, past Sandals and to the car park. This is where you the head out on foot, through the gates and follow the lights, keep to the...path.. you will be rewarded. It’s dark and the terrain can be a little unforgiving, watch for the tree roots. Keep following the lights and you will happen upon a lit oasis of Caribbean music and food. It wasn’t busy when we visited, probably because it’s so off the beaten track. But you will be rewarded with a warm welcome, cocktails and great food. We had crab cakes and calamari to start, accompanied by a fantastic sauce. I then had the special, Dorado, fried, with rice and salad. It was good honest food. Not dressed up as something else. For afters it was their signature banana crumble, served with ice cream. If you are British and like a crumble, then this is a must. I don’t know what they do to it, but my god it’s good! A highly recommended place, well worth the reward of the journey. Soak up the atmosphere of the real St Lucia, away from the commercial bright lights of Rodney Bay and support the local people and businesses.More

Had lunch here around five times over two weeks. We liked the peace and quite of coming over to Pigeon Island National Park with its small beaches and beautiful gardens. This is a rustic old bar restaurant with what seemed to us to have a...all female crew cooking local and authentic dishes. the location is fantastic with great view really close to waters edge. the menu has everything from light bites full meals and daily specials. the food was great my favorite was the fish Roti and my wife’s was the chicken curry which she had of the specials menu twice. the various waitresses were very friendly and on the few occasions they were not really busy had time to chat and give advice on local information like using water taxis. there is live music here over weekend night which we stayed for once. so if you are coming to pigeon Island make a day of it and pay the extra $3 for a subbed at the entrance, walk the park then get settled on the beach for a few hours and go for a late lunch her before heading home by water taxi from the jetty at the restaurant or land taxi from the gate.More

I had an early morning walk up the island and stopped by for a coffee on my way back. The cafe was empty and I wasn’t even sure if it was opening as staff were busy cleaning. They seemed very disinterested. I sat outside with...my coffee and left soon after. It probably gets busier and better later in the day, but rather took the gloss off my morning.More

Took the hike to the top of Pigeon Island. Beautiful view and worth the climb. Stopped at Jambe for a bite. The drinks and food took forever. Indifferent staff and didn’t seem happy we were there at all. Wanted to add for a credit card...charge. Not much to go back for.More

Amazing little cafe - friendly staff and lovely shade to shelter from the heat after walking up the hill in pigeon island.

We were actually recommended this place by a local sailor. We were sat down on a dirty table with filthy flimsy menus, after ordering the food with the rather rude waitress it arrived over a hour later, we only had basic meals such as local...fish, edible but luke warm, to be honest have no intention of returning to this restaurant, the final straw was no water in the bathrooms..More

We have eaten here several times, and always had excellently prepared and very tasty food. The art inside is always interesting and accessible, but the flavors are what brings us back. Prices are quite moderate. Typical leisurely Caribbean service. The only downside is the need...to pay the US$10/person entry fee into the national park. This is well worth it if you have never explored the park before but on your sixth or seventh visit, just amounts to a tax. But we're happy to support the park and its mission.More

Not sure, but probably given the preponderance of gluten free customers these days, they might be wise to have some on the menu. For nuts, I do not recall any signs stating nut free or not nut free.

Not if the park is closed or about to close. They let us in for free. Don't know about earlier in the day.

I believe they are open til 10 daily except Monday, they close at 5. You can't go there until after 5 to eat unless you are visiting the park which is $8 US pp entrance fee.
