Was pleased to find this restaurant in the lobby of our hotel- didn't want to go out again. Ordered some delicious pizza and drinks. Service was terrific, food was very good, and the price was reasonable.
Went there two nights. First night we had the best rack of lamb ever served with wonderful braised spinach and potatoes, $39. Second night we had the best scallops ever, unusually tender, $28. Their rolls are great. Highly recommended.
Two25 is our favorite Peoria restaurant. Celina our server is perfectly attentive, and if she serves you more than once she will remember your preferences. I tried the lobster bisque (one of my sons favorites) deliciously creamy. I opted for the pear salad with chicken for dinner, a large salad with great taste which I could not finish. My husband... Our daughter scheduled her rehearsal dinner here, never having eaten or even been in the hotel, so we thought we should check it out .... pleasantly surprised .... food was fabulous (Amish chicken & Divers scallops), service was quick and professional, atmosphere unique .... Will definitely be back!!!!
I stay at the Mark Twain when I am in Peoria for business and usually plan on a couple beers and dinner or appetizers at Two25, the bar/restaurant in the hotel. They always have a good selection of dark beers and stouts. I have not eaten in the actual restaurant but usually just prop up the bar and eat there.... More
Had the lobster bisque and a salad for dinner. Both were exceptional. The presentation was lovely and the food was very prompt. I also had the breakfast buffet in the morning and the made to order omelet was perfect! So glad this restaurant is in the hotel as I don't even have to consider looking anywhere else!
The atmosphere is really cool, but the food was very disappointing. We went in thinking it was an upscale dining experience and we were very disappointed. The food was very lacking and not very good considering the price. Needless to say we will not be back.
Please let me know when you were in the restaurant and what you ate. I apologize for your experience and wish you had let us know while you were still at Two25. Thank You for your time. Sue More
I visited this place based on a recommendation from a friend, and came away extremely impressed. They had at least a dozen very good microbrew beers on tap, and a pageful of others in bottles. The bartenders are very knowledgeable. We had a nice dinner, but it was a bit expensive. On Friday evenings, they have a live jazz band,... More
