Great place for a strong cup of coffee and chorizo breakfasts. The al pastor burrito was outstanding. The people next to us regularly order lox and raved about them.

We often order from as well as eat in at Once Upon a Grill! It is a reliable place to run to when you want something simple like a fabulous bowl of soup or great sandwich! They have a variety of different soups every day...More
There aren't too many deli style restaurants left in the Chicagoland suburbs. Not too far from once upon a grill, there are 3. What's so nice about this restaurant is that it is relatively small. Although the tables are quite close together, it epitomizes a...More

Our team routinely orders lunch from "Once Upon a Grill." It tastes like a "NY Deli" (if you like NY): fresh breads and meats, just tasty, affordable, filling and fast!
Always crowded at lunch time, it's a challenge to find a place to park in this strip shopping center, and then wait for a table after you place your order. This is a very popular spot with the local older set, and they tend to...More
