First plan on waiting at least 30 minutes, trust me it's worth it. Have a glass of wine and enjoy company while you wait. Second if you want the Olive Garden you're at the wrong place, if you want family Italian this is the place. The veal meatballs are amazing, the risotto perfect! The desserts all looked fabulous, we tried... More

This restaurant has the very best Italian food around. The pasta's are home made. Everything is fresh and the menu always changes. It's probably the closest to eating in Italy that you can get

Arrived to Francesco's on recommendation by a nearby hotel. Returned every time I was in the area also with colleagues, who equally loved the place. Some of our hghlights were Lobster and seafood marinara, eggplant parmesan, chicken parmesan, basically everything we were served was fresh, excellent flavours. Thank you so much for the amazing memories.

Arrived in town hungry. Read reviews and decided Francesco's was the closest and sounded interesting. We were not disappointed. We arrived early as the line was forming. We're promptly seated and educated in the menu concept and beverage options. By the time we ordered our food the dinning area was full and there was a line out the door. Our... More

We dined at Francesco's for the first time the other evening and found the food and service excellent. This intimate restaurant does not accept reservations, but with a "heads up" phone call, they were able to seat us shortly after the seven o'clock time we had told them our table of four would arrive. It did not take long to... More

If your willing to wait you'll get the best Italian Food on the North Shore. Get there early and enjoy. It's worth the wait.

First of all the food and service from the waitress was wonderful. However, the hostess (owners daughter Lucy) should be replace. Extremely rude and ignorant. She needs to read the ADA rules and also study what a service dog job can be. When tables are a foot apart and no one around you notices a service dog, there isn't a... More

My wife is Italian and makes homemade dishes and pasta. This is just like hers and her mothers. When they are out of a dish that's it. Get there early. The only bad thing is too few tables but that makes it special. No over produced meals. Love the food! Go on a week day.

We have not revisited Francesco's in quite some time. Our anniversary was the perfect excuse! Unbeknown to us our daughter (in D.C.) called ahead and talked to Lucy and told her to have a double Maker's Mark and Pinot Grigio ready for when we got there. They do not take reservations, so there is alway a wait(well worth it). To... More

Enjoyed a great meal here with a girlfriend. The service was friendly and relaxed. We felt in no rush to order or feel we had outstayed our welcome. Really important when you have a lot of catching up to do! The food was gorgeous but really big portions which they were happy to box up for us. Tables are close... More
