We went for brunch on a Sunday and was very disappointed. The service was very slow and the restaurant was a filthy mess. There was food all over the floor. We brought it to the attention of the hostess and they didn't care. We were very concerned that someone would slip but they just blew us off. When the bus... More

This is a place that has excellent food and is a value for what you get. Set in an atmosphere that is both interesting and pleasing. Food choices are abundant from great appetizers to great soups salads and entrees.

I went to Northbrook twice for a business trip and stayed at the Sheraton, just a few paces away from the restaurant. Loved the food everytime, this was our favorite restaurant (a coworker and me) in both stays. I went like four times. Service is good, attentive, but the food is excellent. Their pear salad, or the ahi tuna salad,... More

I recently attended a corporate social hour and dining event at Pinstripes in Northbrook and was generally impressed with the atmosphere of the place as it was like nothing I've ever seen before. We had a finger food buffet which was OK but not impressive; just a variety of cold cuts, cheese and meat ball sandwiches. The dining room upstairs... More

We have been going to Pinstripes since they opened. We went with friends, we brought our children; it was the perfect all around restaurant for everyone. We just got back to Chicago and made a point of going our first week back. Friends had told us that it had changed and wasn't good anymore, but I didn't believe them, Dale... More

We only had time to eat dinner but I would have loved to stay and bowled a few lines or played bocce ball. The service was a little slow but our waiter was quite personable. The food was presented quite nicely and tasted good as well.

I was not impressed with the food, and I did get sick afterwards but if you're looking for a place to have some fun and a couple drinks this is a good place to start.

I recently attended a training in the Wingate Schaumburg Convention Center on Remington Road and Pinstripes catered our lunches for six days. The food was excellent, always delicious with unexpected variations such as a wonderful goat cheese Mac & Cheese and I cannot wait for my next visit to Schaumburg so I can actually go to the restaurant! The sandwiches... More

An upscale restaurant in a bowling alley seems like an oxymoron. The menu was very expansive and the five of us sampled pasta, burgers, short ribs, and salmon and all of us were delighted. The Monday night special of chopped salad and spaghetti with meatballs was a winner. We had a server Kaitlin who did a very good job and... More

A nice place to have a great meal and enjoy bowling or bocce ball. I learned from a friend how to play bocce ball and found it fun. The food at the restaurant was delicious and fresh and the prices were reasonable. This is also a great place to practice your bowling during the week when it is night "prime... More
