I wish I had my money and time back.... I went with a couple girlfriend's for Ladies Night Monday and it will be the last time I will step foot in a Melting Pot. Over nearly 3 hours, not by our choice, we dined at the Naperville location. Course one, the cheese wasn't hot because he Server didn't know what... More

My husband and I went there for our third wedding anniversary, and immediately we were impressed with their hospitality. Once we were seated, our server came over and explained how it works, how everything was prepared, the cooking instructions, times, etc. The food was excellent (bacon and Brie - YUMMM!) and the service was top notch. We love going there... More

I have met friends at several of their Chicagoland locations. This one is the best. Very very attentive wait staff.

Had a girls' night with lots of fun and fellowship over fondue. The spinach and artichoke cheese dip has always been a delicious favorite! Once again, it didn't disappoint! The flaming turtle chocolate was delicious--especially with all the dippers. Really cool to see it flaming. Everything here is delicious! Wait staff was very attentive. Just wish the prices were more... More

We dine here maybe a couple of times a year and yesterday our son turned 18. The best part of a quality fondue restaurant is the fun of cooking and dipping...and the tasty quality of the meats/veggies and the rest that you're cooking or slathering in cheese or chocolate. It's always a first rate experience...though on your first visit the... More

We came here on New Year's Eve. This was our second experience at this location and overall enjoyed it again. We like Melting Pot for the luxurious, slow-paced dining experience. It is truly a break from fast food and rushing in and out. Our dinner took about two-and-a-half hours. A good way for my wife and I to have a... More

The service was exceptional from the moment we came in. We were discussing movie facts with our bartender and we were delighted that he passed on the information to the manager, Jen, and she thought that we would like to fill out the movie trivia they recently had. What a fun addition to our night! I would have to say... More

Great family dinner. Server Jackie was great with our 7yr old that is a picky eater. Fun meal that sparks conversation.

My wife and I celebrated our granddaughter's 8th birthday with her parents. The welcome sign said "Happy Birthday" to her in the entranceway of the restaurant-- A nice touch. The waitstaff was very attentive to her and brought her a special desert plate with "Happy Birthday" written in chocolate sauce on it. The food was excellent and fun to cook... More

I loved the personalization of the food items. I was worried looking at the menu on line about my food sensitivities but after visiting last week for the first time it will be the first of many. Our waitress Diana took my allergies and garlic sensitivity seriously and we received delicious food and service. I can't wait to come back... More
