In between meetings at different locations, I stopped at Egg Harbor in Lincolnshire with limited time to actually eat. My server was amazing, checking on me, requested quick fire on the food and I was in and out in less than 30 mins. She also...brought me a to-go cup for my coffee!! I thought this was wonderful, but even on top of the great service my dish was the best benedict dish I've ever had. Benedicts are either really good or really bad, at Egg Harbor their sauce is lemony buttery and so delicious I asked for extra. I also added avocado which they provided with no problem and no annoyance at me needing to be in and out quickly, and being generally 'needy' I for one appreciated this and have told about 5 of my friends to try the "Bavarian Benedict" crunchy potato pancake on the bottom, perfectly poached egg with runny yolk but no runny white stuff, crispy salty bacon, jack cheese melted on top and I asked for a side of avocado and this was a magically perfect combination.More

Nice ambiance and very nice staff while its super expensive for a breakfast / brunch. Much smaller portions as compared to other local nice breakfast places. Food quality is quite average and nothing special for the price you pay. The mug in which they serve...coffee is cool (maybe the premium is for that)More

Very friendly, loved the decor and husband liked the small coffee pot left on the table. I had Lemon Poppy Seed pancake combo with eggs and sausage. I asked for the lemon curd on side. Glad I did, it would have been too tart. Lots...more to try next time. More interesting options than the usual Breakfast place.More

Well, we came here for brunch with our grandson. I haven't been here in years. I had the ultimate skillet and unfortunately is was greesy and I the portion of diced ham was rediculously small. My grandon ordered green eggs and ham from the kids...menu, so I was able to have a bot of his. The server at best was poor. While we were say half way through our meal, she leaves the check on the table and never asked if everything was okay. The coffee qulaity is just okay. When paying for the bill at the cash register, never did the cashier ask how was your meal or say thank you. There re better places for brunch,More

We booked with Google waiting list for Sunday brunch and it worked well. The restaurant is very busy with lots of families enjoying breakfast. Service is fast and attentive, but the food is disappointing. The herbal tea offering is poor, so I opted for hot...water with lemon, I love shakshuka so was very pleased to see it offered on the menu. It's very obviously not made from scratch, as it arrived at the table in a pan that wasn't even warm. I've learned to add hot sauce to give it that kick I enjoy, but not even that could make a cool breakfast tasty. My husband had the meaty skillet which was OK. We won't rush backMore

At a recent business lunch we went to Egg Harbor at my customers request. I did not know Egg Harbor closes at 2 PM. But I was served before kitchen closed and was told I need to be out by 3 pm by server. At...2:30 cashier asked us to leave because they were closing. Very embarrassing and interrupted the sale of a top customer. I own a company in Lincolnshire so try to support local small establishments. Had dinner w a customer at Mike Ditkas several years ago and because manager knows I bring customers there allowed me to continue talking past closing hours. There may have been other factors I font know. Food is acceptable but not a business friendly location if with a customer. In fact I told cashier I had been thrown out of better places which was not true.More

Go here occasionally and for several years. I really like the atmosphere and the food always looks so beautiful and very delicious. Prices average $13.

Recently enjoyed a great breakfast here. Had to wait about 20 minutes, but this isn’t unusual for Egg Harbor Cafes. Service was top notch, friendly and prompt and the food was great. They have an extensive menu of breakfast and lunch treats.
