Bartender had an attitude with an empty bar. Food was just ok. Draft beer was warm. It was better before the pandemic even though they didn't close the second time. They put the customers health in jeapory. Will not go back.

We enjoyed all...service...drinks..food and ambience. A bit pricey but would return. There were 15 in our party, everyone had an excellent time.
We had reservations at 6:45 but didn’t get a table until 7:45. That’s probably why the bar does so well. Too much a garlic on the food. Fish special (grouper) was good.
Great food and service at a reasonable price. Quiet, romantic, everything you want in a small Italian restaurant.
Celebrating our 51st Anniversary we chose La Dolce Vita the menu is delectable , they always have specials , we enjoyed the Lake perch so very good , I can’t say enough about the restaurant service , employees and the food was excellent . We...enjoyed the dinner salad which is brought to you in a large bowl , the appetizer a stuffed pepper was absolutely delicious . I’ve had many Italian dishes here too. . Too many to mention all but I can say they are simply delicious ,More
Food was amazing ,great service! We have returned many times! They have a historical bar&the 2nd floors rents for parties!
Cute little place. Great customer service. I went because they offered a separate gluten free menu. I had the gluten free cheese ravioli with meat sauce. It didn't come with a lot of sauce, so I ordered extra sauce. It was very good. I hadn't...had ravioli in years since going gluten free! I recommend the food and the service. I went on a Saturday night for dinner around 7:30pm. It was incredibly loud and the tables were so jam-packed into the building that the servers barely had room to walk between the tables. We could easily hear the conversation of the person next to us, so much so that it almost made our own conversation difficult to pay attention to. It'd be nice if they could space things out better - but I am sure they are just trying to have as much business as possible as nearly every table was full and it was very busy. Overall, I recommend La Dolce Vita of Lemont - I would just recommend not going on a Friday/Saturday night because it will be extremely loud and busy.More
Attended an banquet located on their second floor. Included a full bar and family style dinner. Chicken, Sausage & Peppers, pasta plus Garlic bread that was delicious!
Service is exceptional. Love the family style garden salad and bread. Every meal delicious. Sausage and peppers either entree or appetizer-I highly recommend. Lightly fried calamari, melts in your mouth.
In town visiting friends & went here for dinner. Absolutely as good as any Italian I’ve had. We started with Calamari Fritti, it was perfectly cooked, tender as could be, Vongole Al Forno, breaded baker clams, & Salsiccia Pepperoni, sweet sausage with peppers which tasted...like it was home made. For a main course had Scallopine Carciofo, sautéed veal with artichokes, lemon, capers & pine nuts. Just incredible, along with a house salad, & Mostaccioli with marinara. I said I didn’t have an ounce of room for dessert but my host said don’t worry, you will & ordered Tiramisu. I had 3 bites of it(shared) & it was the lightest & tastiest I have ever had. Just incredible. A perfect meal!More
