This place has delicious food. Their Carmel apple Saldana is amazing. I usually get their buffalo chicken wrap and it is fantastic. Also all of their desserts are amazing. All ages love eating here. Call to make a reservation.

Unique tea room with a good variety of sandwiches for lunch. Very nice atmosphere for an intimate lunch. Had the Cuban sandwich which was extremely large and tasty. Would have it again. My wife had a tuna salad sandwich & salad. She loved it.

We've never dined here for lunch, but we have for dinner several times. The food is so good. It's only open on Thursday and Friday for dinner. We've tried everything on the menu, and it is all great, but be sure to try the lobster bisque - it is the best ever anywhere.

Intimate, eclectic, great ambience, Sinatra playing. Oh, need to say great food that is visually appealing. Go there every chance I get.

Old house decorated like a garden. Very quaint with low lighting. Good service with wonderful recipes.

This is an exceptional restaurant. It is open for tea and lunch during the week, and on Thursday and Friday evenings it is open for dinner. The menu has a variety of offerings. The electric decor is like no other, and it provides a very intimate dining experience. The food is nothing short of terrific!

I've been to Garden Gate for casual lunches, large group parties, evening meals and specially arranged gatherings. I've never had any food that I didn't like. The atmosphere is casual and calming, reminiscent of a meal at one of your favorite relatives. Brenda is always accommodating, so if you need something special or a little out of the ordinary, just... More

We took a party of eight to the Tea Room for lunch and were not disappointed. We had a large table directly inside the first dining room and we could have sat ten if needed. Our group had a wide range of dishes from the chicken parm, salads, soups and a couple of wraps. Service was attentive and refills of... More

We pre-arranged to have our ladies tea on a Thursday in March. Although the weather was cold and nothing in the outside garden was in bloom yet, we had a wonderful tea in the dining room. It was nice to have this semi-private space reserved for the 6 family members. The small bites of multiple sandwich choices was both delicious... More

Really enjoyed my lunch today at the Garden Gate Tea Room. The menu is excellent and the food is really good - and really reasonable. I had the salmon which was a big portion & tasted fantastic. Just a pity I dont live near this Tea Room or I would become a frequent visitor!
