We were a party of 3 who wanted to explore upon recommendation of a friend. For the price of the food, you would expect a fancy place. They didn't have any appetizer to start like you would expect when you eat at any restaurant..We ordered...More

We had never tried Ecuadorian food before and are glad we did! The guacamole was delicious with crisp chips. I enjoyed the large shrimp, rice and vegetable dish. We shared some yucca fries with a green sauce, too.

My family went there and WAY over ordered. We were expecting small tacos, but were pleasantly surprised to find that there was so much meat in the tacos that I could only eat two of them. The slow roasted pork shoulder was amazing and so...More

Riobamba is a great Latin restaurant that is perfect for a quick dinner that tastes great and is family friendly with fast service at reasonable pricing. The food is not like the chain restaurants but is authentic Latin preparation. I had their famous Pork taco...More

Ate here twice for lunch. They stopped added the small fried plantain. They said most people weren't eating them but they were happy to add one to my order. Didn't care for the lentil souplike but the grilled chicken is very good. Fast food casual.

I love this place! Its fresh and enthusiastic about its offerings. The aromas are warm and inviting. Even their Food Truck has attitude; it's a converted ambulance. Yet it's very laid back. Is casual enthusiasm a good thing? Here it is. Delicious habanero sauce that...More

Tucked away in a small development off of Waukegan Road, Riobamba is a true jewel when it comes to casual dining on Chicago's North Shore! Remarkably fresh flavors accompany a very reasonable price tag to make this a "Don't Miss" stop for Latin-inspired cuisine. SETTING...More

Out and about while working, found this place. Tucked in a little corner of a plaza, it was surprisingly good, although it didn't fully met my expectations, but service was great and place seems to be visited by regulars. Lots of to go orders. Flavor...More
