Driving to Denver, used tripadvisor to find the Landmark Cafe in Galesburg. We loved it. Had a wonderful lunch with grilled turkey sandwich and beef burgundy crepe. Local and friendly, great food and service. Worth a diversion to any route through IL. Bill and Kathie

Best restaurant in this small town. Wait staff need to know that one sandwich is a 'panino,' not a 'panini.'

I'm not an expert on chicken pot pies. But I've had a few over the years at very good restaurants and I can honestly say that the version produced by Landmark Cafe in Galesburg is as good as it gets. Don't pass it up if you have a chance. But the extensive soup-to-nuts menu is sure to satisfy any customer... More

I have been here a few times. Always love the bisque. They are well known for it, you can even buy it by the gallon. I was pleasantly surprised with dessert. We, my wife and I, shared a turtle crape and it was delicious.

My wife and I have been to the Landmark many times and my wife's favorite from the menu is their Spinach bisque! She orders this every time, usually with a salad. I usually order a panini and am never disappointed. And you cannot forget to order a crepe as well. The dessert crepes are fantastic! The atmosphere is warm and... More

This is the exact reason I use trip advisor. This was the highest ranking restaurant in Galesburg and we found out why. Friendly and relaxed with a formal feel. The food was wonderful. Our waitress was a doll. The dessert was even better!

We find ourselves here on occasion and are never disappointed. Outstanding Chicken Pot Pie. Just about everything on the menu is great. Always busy when we have been there. No reservations but you can call ahead 15 min to get put on list. Well worth the wait.

This was a half way point for me and my sister so we met at the Landmark Café for lunch. It is a neat place with good food and good service. We were very happy with our choice. I got a salad and my sister got soup. We ate outside which is always nice.
