We just started a cross country trek today and stopped in Galesburg, Illinois for the evening. Used TA for suggestions of where to eat and the Landmark Cafe was at the top of the list.....for VERY good reason. I must admit, I've never been to a creperie, but this place was fantastic. It's not large but the decor is fantastic...old... More

While driving cross-country the time was right for a stop for a meal. Galesburg is a cute town with many businesses on Main including a pretty good antique mall. We were directed to the Landmark Cafe and it seemed like a good bet after checking Trip Advisor. We were not disappointed. The lobster bisque was really good, and the spinach... More

My mom and I went here because I found that this was a cheaper restaurant and many people liked it. The menu is online so that was nice. We were staying in Galesburg for the night and this was the perfect place. The wait was about 10 minutes which was not bad. Inside there are not a lot of seats... More

We were in the Galesburg area for a wedding and stopped after the ceremony for a snack. Searching, we found a place with a high rating that turned out to be on the main drag in town - the Landmark Café and Creperie. I think the fact that they had crepes enticed some of the family to chose the restaurant.... More

We had great service, great coffee, and great omelets here. I also had a mushroom crepe that was phenomenal. The mushrooms were fresh and sauteed just right. I recommend everything about this place.

Stopped in on a lark based on TA review and it was delicious. I had fettuccine and others had grilled sandwiches with strawberries on the side. Definitely recommend the garden seating if weather permits.

Relied upon TA and we were not disappointed (dinner stop en route from Omaha to Normal) Opt for patio seating which is a pleasant diversion from a road trip. Watch your step as bricks uneven!(Wife fell and I tripped) Wife had chicken/mushroom/cilantro ( central Illinois version of Mexican) crepe and I had the French country roast. The latter was hearty... The patio is beautiful and the food is good. Our 4 person party had the chicken pot pie (delicious), lobster bisque and Caesar salad (wonderful), but the duck, apple, red pepper pasta was a disappointment. Overall a nice experience. ...will be back.

What a great find. In town for a memorial service, my sister and her grand daughter recommended this. Great coffee. Beth had a crepe of some sort, there are many and I had eggs benedict. Both sensational. They open at 9 on Sat and there were locals waiting in line, for good reason. On Galesburg's most fun street.

I really enjoy the nice lunch at Landmark. I ALWAYS get a cup of their spinach bisque. It is NOT to be missed! I usually enjoy a half sandwich with it, most often "The Ritz." It's carved turkey with whipped cream cheese, walnuts for crunch, and cranberry sauce. I like to get it buttered and toasted. They always have a... More
