Alexa and Ryan welcomed my friend and I along service animals. We both ordered the Cheese Steak Sandwich. My friend has an issue with meat not cooked throughly well done. Ryan went back to make sure the roast beef wasn't cooked medium or less. He was very attentive throughout our meal. Ryan even brought a bowl of water for our... More

I went to this place and the staff was rude and disrespectful, not sure if it was because I am Mexican and the whit waitress didn't feel loved like serving a Mexican but I will never go back. I usually do not leave reviews on any site but the waitresses disrespectful words of "your people" was intolerable. It's unbelievable this... More

My husband and I tried this restaurant for lunch and we will def be returning. It has that old world charm with the real wood floor, an old fashioned wood bar on the left as you walk in. The hotel is part of the restaurant. I would love to stay at the hotel sometime. We sat outside on the balcony... More

We stopped here for dinner our first night in town. I had ordered the Mini Martini Flights which were 3 mini martinis chosen from their list. It was served in 3 mini martini glasses on a silver tray. They were very good and the presentation was awesome. Hubby ordered the house burger and haystack fries and my daughter and I... More

The seating in... More

Inside the historic Desoto Hotel, this was a great option for a reasonable late lunch. I had the pulled pork sandwich on a pretzel bun. S had the cod fry. Both were very good and resonably priced. Lots of photos on the walls of Galena turn of the century.

Great sandwiches! While the restaurant does have a kids menu, our 6yo was not in the mood for anything but a simple ham sandwich which the staff made for her at our request.
