Went for lunch. Love that breakfast served all day. Waitress was good, coffee always kept full. Would recommend.

We go here periodically. We Herbert have the chicken fajitas for two. I love great the sizzle of the meat, innings and green peppers when they brunch it out too out thanks. You have to out the fajitas together yourself, but that is fun and you can arrange them as you want them. It generally comes with the plates. One... More

From the time you walk in the door you are treated like family by the cafe staff, the patrons are like friends and neighbors, always a pleasant smile and hello. The Cafe is located on Bus. 20 West of town. A place you don't want to miss when in the area, it is well lit, clean and has a very... More

This restaurant was close to my downtown hotel so I stopped in for breakfast at 10:30 on a Saturday morning. Place was crowded and clearly a local favorite. I was able to be seated right away but while I was there I noticed several occasions when customers were standing in the small "lobby" waiting for a table. The waitresses were... More

We were just passing and this place looked fab, like a traditional local family diner and we weren't disappointed. This was a fabulous fined. We had the veggie omelette and tuna me,t, both were excellent and you got absolutely loads of food which was very tasty and extremely good value. It was definitely a locals place and it was busy... Stopped here for breakfast and was greated by a very friendly wait staff and varied menu. Though inside it appears a bit dated the homey atmosphere, great food, and inexpensive menu makes you overlook these things. I had 2 eggs, hash browns, toast and coffee for less than 6 dollars. Plus the portions were huge. Cooked just like mom and... More

Though not fancy, this is a place to go if you want comfort food at great prices. Our server was friendly, though very busy as the restaurant was quite full. We enjoyed our meals--the cod was great and the 1/2 chicken more than enough. The prices are incredible as our meals came with tea or coffee, soup (lovely chicken and... More

We ordered the veggie burger and country fried chicken. They were less than satisfactory. I'm a veggie burger expert and this (obviously frozen) veggie burger is not something you serve to the general public. If someone were to come to this restaurant and have a veggie burger for the first time ever in their life, they would never try veggie... More

Was there on a Saturday noon. First time. Lots of people there, it is an old Long John silver's building. Many seemed to be eating breakfast. Decided to try the hot beef sandwich. I believe it was $5.99. The cup of potato soup was good. Generous serving of real potatoes and pretty decent gravy. The meat, however was a mystery.... More
