I recently moved to the area and have ordered from this location three other times. I ordered tonight and got confirmation that my order was “being prepared “ and I have pre-paid. I’m expecting this to be delivered by 10:35 and I get a call at 10:18 to tell me they don’t deliver to my area any more! Like way to go Taylor street instead of completing this order and maybe letting people know that delivery has changed for the future, you take the money wait until almost delivery time to inform anyone when now other places are closed! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! You came recommended from neighbors and friends and trust me although the pizza was decent when I had it before but word of mouth can make or break you!

I stopped in to this location to grab a slice of pizza while the oil was being changed in my car. I asked the lady behind the counter for a cup of water to go along with my pizza, and she said that they didn't have any cups. This is the first time I've ever been told no for a cup of water when I was actually purchasing food at a restaurant. Seems ridiculous to lose business for a cup of water, but I'll just go to the Pizza Hut next time which is right across the street. I'm sure Pizza Hut can afford to buy cups for its customers.

I've been using Taylor Street Pizza as my go-to pizza place for years. I've tried most all the other places in the area but when you combine price, taste, service and consistency-- Taylor Street always comes out on top. Not a spot I'd recommend to eat in, though they do have a few tables. This is really geared towards pick up and delivery. They do have other things besides pizza-- we've gotten wings on multiple occasions-- but pizza is their main focus.
