Doc and Susan started their journey on the Pro BBQ circuit. For several years they traveled the country competing and doing very well on the pro BBQ trail. Had burnt ends. Wife had brisket. The burnt end were not the best ever but they were very good. Wife said about the same for the brisket. Sides were very good. Service was great. Very solid BBQ joint. Would go back without hesitation.
I had the two meat combo, smoked sausage & pulled pork with two sides, macaroni and cheese & sweat potato fries and a roll. All very very good in fact we drive an hour and a half just to eat there.
