I was here two years ago. Had the spaghetti. As I recall, it was pretty good. Since I was staying nearby, I thought I thought I’d give it another go. Still pretty good, although not as good as homemade. Service was fast. However, the windowsills...More

Similar to Jimmy’s in Des Plaines, very average food but ok if you like quantity versus quality. Freshness can be an issue here as well - not much freshly prepared here mostly frozen food purchased from a restaurant supplier. Good for budget conscious seniors.

This restaurant has been around for quite sometime. We finally had a chance and decided to stop in for dinner. To say the least, this place is unremarkable. The "baked mostaccioli" was just a big bowl of overcooked pasta with the hint of "meat sauce"...More

I've passed this restaurant a million times and finally decided to try it. My date and I were in the neighborhood early on a Saturday night. The restaurant looked newly remodeled and inviting. I ordered a cod fish special, he ordered sirloin steak. The tomato...More

The Silver Stallion has been around for years. It's your typical Greek type dinner with a wide selection of choices to choose from. Prices are fair and food portions tend to be on the larger side. Good place for a quick breakfast or lunch.
