I ordered a hamburger, just ketchup, fries and a coke. I got a cold hamburger with everything but ketchup, no fries on a take out order. I called to complain and was screamed at by a young girl manager and could not get a word...in edgewise. She gaslighted me by screaming out things I did not say. I called back, got a different manager and she said, "Never, never come to her restaurant gain." She called my husband dad and said, "Never say f------- shut up to me---her words, not mine. I called and talked to Chuck's sister who did the exact same thing---screaming and talking over you , so you could never say what you wanted to. It is obvious, this is how they get rid of customers who complain. Go someplace else----anyplace else.More
