I haven't even tried the food yet, but I am so upset I would never order from this place again. I placed an online order for 12:45 delivery today and when I hadn't received the order at 1:00 I called and got a voice mail,...where I left a message asking where my order was. At 1:15 I was expecting I would never get my order so I picked up something else. At 1:33 my order was finally delivered. When I called the restaurant to ask what had happened the woman I spoke with blamed it on the delivery driver, she told me the driver had my order 25 minutes ago, I explained that it meant my order was late coming out of the restaurant she said she would check with the driver and then she hung up on me. I called back, a man answered, he told me they were closed. When I told him I was just inquiring about my very delayed order he told me they were really busy and then he hung up on me after again telling me they were closed. This was the first and last time I will ever order from them and I don't even know if the food is good. That's horrible customer service.More

We have been seeking a replacement for our now-long-gone-go-to loop Thai restaurant (Sing Ha) and recently tried Bang Chop (affiliated with the now trending Siagon Sisters). Bright and modern, Bang Chop is lunch-o-centric and offers a condensed menu that features all one needs to ease...one's Thai curry cravings. There are Thai options in the loop with more extensive menu choices, but Bang Chop has all your favorite soups, curries and noodle dishes with daily specials and will not disappoint. We both chose the 'Drunken Noodles' special with an order of their special spicy lime wing appetizer. Both dishes were prepared fresh and came to the table piping hot and delicious. The wings were sweet, spicy, savory and super-sticky-scrumptious. The drunken noodles arrived as mountains of saucy noodles (a bit soft) with perfectly crispy vegtables and a good amount of protein...the spice was evident and warming but not rear end spanking hot...very good (and plentiful, we had a full meal of leftovers). We came late for lunch (1:30pm) and there was not a big crowd, so we only had to wait for our food to be freshly prepared. Expect to pay about $15 for an entree and drink for fresh and plentiful Thai food served in a bright and modern west loop location - Bang Chop!More

Had the pleasure to eat at one of my favorite lunch places in Chicago during my latest business trip. It has been fantastic again. Simple, tasty, big enough, pricy, no reservation needed. Perfect! Our vegan college loved the Tofu versions.

I love this place. Many of my colleagues like the spot as well. Highly recommended are the drunken noodles for example. My favorite dish is the holy basil chicken, served with egg - sunny side up (you need to order theirs style ). It is...Fantastic! Be prepared to eat a lot of very tasty and low level spiced ground chicken with garlic, rice and Basil. Awesome!!!! I love it!!More

I had dinner at this place. I ordered the bang chop fried rice and it was really good! Of course it's not the best Thaï I ever tried but at least it's not overpriced! Perfect portion, clean location, fresh and tasty food: best bang for...the buck!:-)More

In town for business so Ordered food to go and food was great. Ordered Thai tea and the Krab pad Thai (spicy and my protein was tofu). The spice was perfect and the tofu was cooked very well. If I'm ever in town again I...would definitely revisit.More

Had the sun-dried pork appetizer follow by a special called drunken noodles with chicken and Thai iced coffee. It came fast, the food was hot and very tasty. The wide noodles were made with slivers of onion, roasted (or stewed?) tomato, Chinese broccoli and some...slightly smoky flavoring I couldn't identify that was very tasty. The portion was too large for me to finish. This is a good spot for lunch. It's busiest from 12 to 1pm.More

Great at lunch time!! Food was great and service was very kind. Lots of choice for everyone with each time, the possibility to select the protein you want, ie chicken, beef, tofu or shrimp. Very tasty and spicy, if you ask!!

I like this local shop, freshly cooked Thai food, quick service, plenty of food for an average price. You can't ask for more.
