Had the "Big" turkey and swiss toasted. When we fly via Midway this is our go to meal prior to take off. the line is always long. but the wait is never long. They take your order via tablet and when you get up to the front the sandwich is all done and just need the veggies.

Great drop in, while walking by, spare of the moment decision. And it was a good choice. Fast service and good food in the down town area.

We stopped because the smell was amazing and the taste that tickled our tastebuds was nothing short of the best sandwich I could eat everyday. Try the "wreck" and the voodoo heat chips. I would eat there everyday!

Was not that impressed with the selection - lack of variety. Seasoning was marginal. High-end soft drinks. Atmosphere what you might expect in a low-end chain sandwich shop.

Service was a bit slow. Sandwich and chips were very good. Dr Pepper was not working. I would recommend. Ham and cheese sandwich was good and a good price. Sugar cookie was great.

This was my first time eating at the Potbelly Sandwich Works and I give a thumbs-up to this place. I had the roast-beef sandwich with all the toppings listed on the topping chart (I'm not very picky). The bread was nicely toasted and the toppings really made for a good-sized sandwich. I liked how they wrapped the sandwich up tightly... More

The sandwiches are fairly average. Better than Subway but not better than Jimmy Johns. Good for a quick lunch but there are better options out there.

Good food, step above subway. Reasonable rates. Service was not the best. Sandwich maker was not personable at all. There's a little bit of "confusion" when it comes to understanding how ordering works. Nice outside patio. Great signage (menus).

For a quick lunch I enjoy Pottbell every time. My favorite sandwich is chicken salad on wholewheat with mustard, lettuce, tomato and lots of hot peppers! The broccoli cheese soup was surprisingly good. Milkshakes are awesome!

We had an excellent turkey breast sandwich and a chicken noodle soup. Both above average. Cute Chicago style diner with fair prices.
