SANDWICHES AND PLATTERS‏
Pulled Pork
We smoke our pork shoulders for over 12 hours & pull them by hand for the ideal mix of crusty, smoky meat from the outside & tender, juicy meat from the inside.
Brisket
After about 15 hours in the smoker, our brisket is moist & tender. The deep, rich smoke flavor is complemented by a 2-layer spice rub & our vinegar-based brisket bbq sauce.
Chicken
Don’t let the pink, juicy meat scare you. We promise our chicken is fully cooked. In fact, these yardbirds have been smoked for three hours, which is what gives the meat that color, flavor, & juiciness.
Texas Sausage
Made for us by Rudy Mikeska’s bbq in Taylor, Texas, these links are complex & balanced in flavor w/ a soft & lingering peppery finish.

I don’t recommend the patio it all. So many flies and bugs, literally they don’t let you eat. Their solution, a candle when bugs were already on the food. The Worst Experience!

Most Q aficionados will say 'the sides' are as important as the protein. Smoqu BBQ sides are outstanding. Every one of them. You cannot go wrong ordering anything off their menu. Oh yeah, they cater as well.

I've been here many times. It's off the beaten path and a little bit of a dive. Clean with great service. Always a line, but by the time you get your food, there is always a table. Amazing brisket, sliced or chopped, that rivals the...More

A decent variety of bbq menu choices. Everything was prepared well and had good flavor. The place is a little too small for the amount of traffic they attract but hopefully no one is sitting and hanging out for long periods of time.

My wife and I met up with two other couples. We ordered multiple items from the menu in order to taste different options. The sides were acceptable, but the mainstay BBQ was dry and tasteless. I had heard positive things about the restaurant, but we...More

Sliced brisket and St Louis ribs were delicious, tasty and tender. Mac and cheese, fries, and beans are the best. Service was quick and staff was very attentive.

I’ve never been a real barbecue fan. I just really didn’t get what all the hype was about. Then my daughter and her husband wanted to get barbecue, and I went along with it. They raved about Smoque and I ordered the sliced brisket platter...More
