It was Sun.at 4:00 & hadn't planned it but we got right in. We were just at the Square Roots Fest in Ravenswood 9 or so blocks down Montrose Ave. Being from Minnesota,I noticed walleye on their blackboard just B/4 the L stop just across the street. It is a diner & Seafood House. They serve breakfast all day. The several... More

This was an incredible breakfast. If I lived in Chicago I would want to come here every morning! The food was INCREDIBLE, I would even venture to say it was the best omelette I've ever had! It was huge, perfect for leftovers! And to top it off it was super cheap! I 100% recommend!

The place is nothing fancy, hence the name diner. It is located right across the street from an L stop. Easy to get to even if you don’t have a car. The bar area takes up a large part of this restaurant and the current fish elections are written on the wall on the chalkboard. I started with a cup... More

The seafood is always fantastic. They have a blackboard dinner menu with rotating seafood specials that always have my mouth watering. I'd recommend the seafood bisque or the meatloaf sandwich with potato pancake. They also have an extensive beer list as well. It's a great little place, with a relaxed atmosphere. In the summer there's outdoor seating as well. Highly... More

Charming place, nice staf and a cioppino go die for! Highly recommended! From the outside it looks like a diner, but it's also a seafood place in the know.

Just west of the Ravenswood "el" or Brown line platform, this is a small restaurant though it does have outside seating. Menus and specials are written on huge blackboards. The tables are a little close together, but it is not loud inside. We tried an appetizer - Gorgonzola "My Love" garlic bread, along with a gonzo bloody Mary. The garlic... More

This diner was recommended by Ravenswood regulars. I got the Reuben with a potato pancake and had the sauerkraut on the side. My husband got bacon, eggs and toast. With coffees, the bill came out to @$25. The food was tasty and the place, cozy. Lots of blackboard specials. Would return if in the area.

High quality food, great breakfast selection and fun servers especially Caitlyn. My son loved his two course breakfast which allowed him to choose from 30 cereal selections. Their dinner/lunch selection looks amazing as well. A great neighborhood spot. :)

We had all you can eat King crab legs and these are good sized legs if felt like I was I. The Bearing Sea catching them. The waiter will bring you a bunch and after you go through those bring you a leg at a time which makes sense to me as it keeps them hot. Great service and excellent... More
