We have been visiting this location for about 5 years on an average of 8 times a year. During this time we have observed a continuous decline in the staffing level and the condition of the facilities. On our most recent visit, the staff seemed...More

We ate here after leaving the Art Institute-quick, convenient food. The soups and salads were great, along with the flatbread pizza. The sandwiches were on the small size and ok. Counter service was very fast at 5pm!

Soup and salads are a reasonable deal, but the sandwiches are both thin and small and not worth the prices. Everything is tasty, though, so not a bad place for lunch.

I spent two weeks in Chicago last winter and Cosi has great soups and salads. During a winter day is all a tourist can ask for.

This is my favorite chain restaurant. I always stop in when I am in the area. Their bread and salads are my favorite.

Visited about a year ago with my kids. When my son found out we'd be visiting Chicago he insisted we visit. Glad we did. The freshly baked flatbread is excellent. Had a late start to the day so the breakfast sandwiches were no longer available...More
