I have loved their chorizo and eggs for years. I believe they make their own chorizo and it's the best around. I never have an issue with it repeating on me, like most other chorizos do. It's a great price for a lot of food. Easily two or three meals out of it. This week we decided to explore more of the menu. My husband tried the steak and eggs, which were also plentiful with lots of steak and good for multiple meals. The steak burrito was probably his least favorite, since it was a bit on the soggy side when you get all the toppings. The pastor nachos were delicious, but not a great take out option, since they too got soggy, but the pork really had a great flavor. The same pastor pork was good as a sope, which wasn't the thick hocky puck of masa, but a bigger thinner disk that was great the first day, but a little chewy when reheated. The pork tamale was exactly what I expect in a corn husk tamale, moist and flavorful. The cheese enchiladas were probably the best reheated. This place offers a great bang for your buck. I'm so glad we decided to sample so many different things on the menu. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the red and green hot sauces. They were hot, tasty and plentiful. I wonder if they are homemade. Do not overlook this place, as others have said, it is indeed a hidden gem. I hope to see it around for years to come.

We love the tacos, nachos, burritos, and everything else we have had here! It’s soooo delicious. You can’t go wrong with the price and quality.

I grabbed 2 quick tacos to go. One was fish and one was egg with cheese. The hot sauce is legit. Both tacos were cheap, quick, fresh, and extremely tasty. Certainly worth the stop!

Fast, cheap, and open late - that's all I can say about this place. I have been a couple times and really want to like them, but the food is just not good. The tacos were some of the worst I've ever eaten, the re-fried beans are like grey-brown gelatinous pudding, and the rice and cheese are not good quality. I would imagine the late-night crowd is what keeps them in business, especially with such better options nearby - maybe not late at night, but definitely during the day. Don't waste your money.

Quintisenntial chicago taco joint. Open late and they sure know how to handle the 2am post-bar crowd. Food is fast and delicious. These guys were also nice enough to make me "machos" during passover when I brought in a box of matzah.
