The vast and varied menu allows for good choices for all 4 of use on this visit. Our two grand-kids chose to skip the kids menu and went straight to the burger selections. Both wanted a cheese burger but one wanted regular fries and the the other cottage fries. The cottage fries were the best, like home made potato chips.... More

My first impression...Wow is this place small. Tables right on top of each other. Just a very tight fit. However, greeted very nicely - we had a 25 minute wait and sent us a text then table was ready. Booths are small. Service was pretty good - had to ask for refills which I just hate. That should be automatic.... More

Overall, R.J. Grunts is a great restaurant with a cool vibe. They play the classic music and have cool decor. We were able to snatch a reservation last minute for 8:30pm on a Saturday night. Two of us ordered the salad bar and one ordered the veggie burger with sweet potato fries; had the chips/salsa/guac as an appetizer. Everything was... More

We ate here because I wanted a good salad and it gave me options to make my own. My husband ate a burger and it had a good real grill taste. The place is small but efficient and we were seated quickly and the service was good. The salad bar was very fresh and had a lot of veggie offerings.... More

Went there for dinner with a friend and loved it. We're were at a small table near the kitchen which was a small negative but it worked well for dinner with friends who hadn't seen each other in quite a few years. I'd been traveling all day and hadn't had time for a decent meal and this just hit the... More

This is not a cheap lunch place...but service and food were both great...it was a very busy lunch time...thankfully, our friends made a reservation...we all enjoyed our food and the portions are big. Fun place!

This restaurant is a favorite go to restaurant of ours. The salad bar is outstanding. The food is great (fun and extensive menu), and the prices are reasonable. The service is excellent (Dori is the Best!), and the atmosphere is enjoyable. R J Grunts opened in 1971, and they play 1970s music that makes you want to get up and... More

We stopped here on our bicycle tour. While we only had a glass of beer, it was a fun bar. Looked like a good place to eat!

I got the salad bar and their signature chile. The salad bar was amazing and I should have just stuck with that because the chile was overcooked and salty.

We were a party of 7 and there was a very long wait. The wonderful hostess did everything she could to shorten the wait and we were seated within 15 minutes. Service was incredibly fast and food was great.. Only complaint was that it was freezing inside :)
