This was once our favorite of the Greek restaurants in the area. Can't say that we will be returning. Fish, once reliable and nicely prepared, was badly cooked and had some sort of strong, not so tasty, sauce. Others in our party complained about the food as well. It gets 2 stars, rather than 1, because it is a pleasant... More

Sat outside and have the pork chop, service was good and it was a great night. The drinks were very unusual and very good. Desert was also excellent.

We have always found Santorini to be the best of strip of Greek restaurants along Halsted Street. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was disappointing. I had lemon sole, which was quite over cooked. Very attached to the plate and quite dry. My wife and our friend had lamb chops which they described as quite good. Two of us had baklava... More

Wife and I had dinner here on a busy Saturday evening. Restaurant and sidewalk were packed, but we were seated quickly. Started with a tasty Cold Combo Spread that included four different greek spreads and the best pita bread I have tasted. Wife ordered the Greek Combination plate and I ordered the special Red Snapper Greek Style (recommended by our... More

We very much enjoyed Santorini, which was recommended by a friend. We used to live in Chicago and were visiting. Service was prompt and friendly. Liquid refreshments came quickly from a very large wine list with many Greek wines. We enjoyed all of them. We had the Octopus appetizer which was perfect. Juicy and delicious, not the least bit tough.... More

We ate there on the afternoon of July 4th, 2016 while visiting Chicago. Andreas, our waiter was extremely professional and made our meal very pleasant. We split a salad which was a perfect portion for each of us. We had a plate of octopus to go with the salad. We also split a gyros plate which was awesome. After you... More

I dined with four friends. We enjoyed 2 appetizers, salads, and entrees. The food came out quickly and was served hot. The salads came out on cold plates. The portions were perfect. We also split 3 desserts. The baklava was incredibly flavorful. The grilled octopus was steak like in texture and I loved that. The seafood platter included lobster, shrimp,... More

I love Greek cuisine and especially love Greektown in Chicago. The food was excellent and the service was good, however, there seemed to be a disconnect, this time with the waiter and the accompanying gentleman who helped him throughout our dinner. We just couldn't figure out if they didn't like each other or what. They were very nice to us... More

Nice Greek restaurant on the corner in Greek Town. They offer free valet parking for customers and the restaurant is very cute and actually reminds me of the island of Santorini, my favorite one. I wasn't actually feeling too well, so my girlfriend and I decided to grab our food togo and take it back to the hotel. So we... More
