I had a lovely meal between trains coming and going from Union Station. But the best bit was when a staff member chased me over a bridge to return my credit card! So sorry about that and thanks for a great meal and even better service.

We got a Groupon deal. We tried two appetizers. The flaming cheese was the best. We then shared the two sampler dinners. They were just mediocre. The chicken was dry. Our server was excellent and patient. He found out the answers to our questions. Nice environment. We did not go on the rooftop for drinks, but it looked nice. Almost... More

I'm glad you loved the flaming cheese, but it's disappointing to hear that, overall, we couldn't impress on this first visit. I'm hoping you'll consider giving us another shot. I know we can do better, and I'd love the opportunity show you how amazing our food can be. Hope to see you again soon! Ceasar, Managing Partner More

Initially, I was concern when we sat down, a serve did not come over. However, when i asked for our server the management immediately seen the server over and he apologized a number of times. He was very accommodating and he made several recommendations that sere not on the menu. In addition, the food was really good. We are going... More

We began with appetizers and drinks on the roof-top veranda. The view of the city was as fabulous as the food. We had dinner downstairs. We were a large party as this was a family dinner, and Brooke provided wonderful recommendations to everyone's particular tastes. The food was cooked and flavored to perfection. Hummus, fried Zucchini, garlic potatoes, gyros, salads, kebobs,... More

Thank you so much for stopping by for a bite and a couple of drinks on the roof, and then a memorable dinner with us downstairs -- it sure was a pleasure to have you and your group over. You did a wonderful job of ordering, and believe me when I say that Chicago (Pegasus included) can't wait to welcome... More

There were only a few people at lunchtime at the pegasus, while the two restaurants we walked past were crowded. But we had a Groupon, so we decided to try Pegasus. First bad idea. We ordered Saganaki. Our standard appetizer at Greek restaurants. Just okay. Not as good as other places. No plate given for the appetizer so we used... More

This is really disappointing to hear, and I'm sorry that we let you down when you came in for lunch. We know we can do much better when it comes to both food and service, so this is a bit of a wake-up call. The last thing we want is for the experience we offer to dip in quality, so... More

Without reservations, we stopped here at 5 PM on a Tuesday. We were seated right away and enjoyed a feast! I loved the lamb shanks with artichokes. Servings were large and we had plenty for lunch the next day. Service was excellent Pegasus was a treat and I would go back anytime.

This is one of many Greek restaurants on Halsted Street. The food is average. Service is above average. Attractive decor. Pleasant enough. Valet parking. If other restaurants are too crowded, this one is worth the visit.

Bonnie, I appreciate this feedback, but I'm sorry to see that you haven't been totally satisfied with the food. We aim to serve up the best dishes Greek cuisine has to offer, so hearing that they're average is quite disappointing. I'd love to have the opportunity to impress you on a second visit, so I hope you consider giving us... More

Been here several times and it has been typically Greek with noise, activity, etc., but tonight was a disaster ! Slow, inattentive service as there were too few waiters for the evening, food took 2 hours for 4 of us. I pointed out to the owner on the way out that this had been a real mess. His comment was... It's been a while since I have been to Pegasus as there are so many options in Greek Town. The roof in the summer has always been great, but this visit was indoors on a Sunday.
