This restaurant has a wonderful ambiance. It immediately sweeps you away from the hustle going on outside. I also really enjoyed the food.

This is an Armenian restaurant. The service was good but the food was ordinary at best. The hummus was tasteless as was the eggplant appetizer. The kebabs were good, not great. Monday night wines were 50% off, but we would not return here.

The Baba Ghannoush and Stuffed Eggplant were our appetizer selections. Dinner entrees were Kebaab Combo, Sautéed Lamb and...More

Great service, romantic atmosphere, excellent food and live music the night we were there. What's not to like in this place that feels like a neighborhood restaurant but located just off the Mag Mile.

I went to Sayat Nova largely due to very positive reviews and it did not live to my expectations. The mezza sampler was rather mediocre at best with pickled veggies being to vinegary as to have completely lost their taste. How 'Armenian Sangria" was any...More

Armenian food is similar to Turkish food: kebobs, stuffed grape leaves, etc. The restaurant is conveniently located just east of Michigan Avenue. Our meals were very good as was the service. We found it hard to talk in a normal tone of voice, because the...More
