Went on a night where the nighthawks were playing. The service was a little slow, but that's because they were packed!! Had a couple appetizers; caramelized onion dip-amazing, and the wings were good. Had the signature holy water pitcher(with one straw) and I was feeling good.

We had some great wings here and the beer bucket deals are the best in the area. 5 beers for $17. Servers are great and very friendly. Must go here if you are in the area

We stayed in the Hilton across the road and chose to spend an evening in this bar watching baseball, eating nachos and drinking beer - for those three activities this is the perfect location, need I say more!

Went to this establishment twice; once at about noon time for lunch and again in the evening for dinner (after the marathon). It was very busy both times. Servers were a bit harried in the evening, but orders were correct and service was acceptable for a crowded, loud, casual place.

On my annual visit to Chicago for the bears vs Detroit lions game, I found out that this pub provides coaches that take you to the game for $10 round trip. The pub on game day was supposed to open at 9.30 and we got there about 9.15. However when staff arrived shortly after us they said not open till... More

We were looking for a fun casual place to have good beer and food. We found it. 48 beers on tap! My husband had the tater tot appetizer and I had the chicken tacos. The tacos were amazing.

We stopped here on our walk back to our hotel from the Navy Pier and loved the atmosphere the moment we walked in the door! Too many great beers to choose from and only have just one! Our server was Ally and she was so smiley and helpful!! This bar is what we thought "Chicago" bars downtown would be like!... More

Staying in Streeterville

Neighborhood Profile
Streeterville is where visitors head for play at Navy Pier, a pseudo amusement park and development of restaurants, shops, rides, and other activities. You’ll find lots of action and excitement on the docks. Along the pier, you’ll see the statue of the captain for whom Streeterville is named. While you enjoy your fair share of sightseeing at the pier, you can also visit other popular attractions there such as the Chicago Children’s Museum and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Off the pier you’ll find more restaurants from low-cost pubs to high-end establishments. Arts and culture aficionados should be sure not to miss the Museum of Contemporary Art.
