Great food and great service in casual but slightly unexpected atmosphere -- lower level in downtown Chicago. Pulled pork sandwich was very tasty, as well as the Italian steak sub. Recommend when you want good American bar food

We enjoyed a visit to Timothy O'Tooles on a recent visit. We tried the Bacon Jam burger and loved it! The carmelized onion jam is something I'd buy if they ever offer it in bottles. Server Craig took very good care of us. I look forward to returning anytime I visit Chicago.

Food is made fresh, great beer selection, and lots of TVs to watch sports. Also pool tables and a private section to throw events/ parties. Prices have gone up in the past few years and no more sweet potato fries but, still a great place to go and will be back again.

Lots of great beers on tap, many TVs. The bartenders were ok, not the most attentive. The bar has personality that makes it feel fun to just hang out. Don'the bother with food, so bad.

This place is on a corner, from the outside it looks quiet but on going downstairs through the big doors we found the place was buzzing. Plenty of atmosphere, loads of TVs with sport and a massive choice of world beers. The food, staff and beer were all good. The place from the outside is very tidy but looked very... More

Came here for lunch the other day and got the fish and chips. Was a little greasy and had a different flavor then other Irish places but was still flavorful. The beer was great though. Had a Guinness mixed with a kentucky bourbon ale. Service was also great.

We found ourselves here twice in the 3 nights we were in Chicago. The sampler platter was amazing. Literally the best sampler I've ever had. The two of us were stuffed and it went perfectly with our drinks!

Family of four like the pub. My kids liked the wings a lot. My wife had one of the wraps. I had the pretzel burger with egg and fries. I like to eat... but I still needed to take home some of my food. In fact we all had extra to take back to our hotel. My beer was cold... More

We celebrated pre-wedding. It got very crowded but everyone had a great time. Good friendly service. Would definitely go back.

Clean, excellent service, fair prices, and delicious food. We were delighted, especially since it was right across the street from our hotel (Doubletree).

Thank jloug

Staying in Streeterville

Neighborhood Profile
Streeterville is where visitors head for play at Navy Pier, a pseudo amusement park and development of restaurants, shops, rides, and other activities. You’ll find lots of action and excitement on the docks. Along the pier, you’ll see the statue of the captain for whom Streeterville is named. While you enjoy your fair share of sightseeing at the pier, you can also visit other popular attractions there such as the Chicago Children’s Museum and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Off the pier you’ll find more restaurants from low-cost pubs to high-end establishments. Arts and culture aficionados should be sure not to miss the Museum of Contemporary Art.
