Great place to chill after sightseeing even if you don't like sports! Great atmosphere, open really late! I recommend the chilli bowl...only $5 and really tasty!! I'd definitely go back.

This pub was close to our hotel and we visited the location twice during our stay. The location has quite a bit of seating but was very crowded each time we visited. They have a large beer selection and food menu. This bar had a lot of regulars that the bartenders knew, but also seemed to attract visitors. The prices... More

We were staying across the street and were looking for some place with in walking distance. We landed here. The menu is some what limited but good enough for us. We all had burgers and fries which were really good and the price was about average. My only thing was that the place smelled like mildewed mop. I told the... More

Pub grub is a slang term for the food served at a pub or bar, usually fast food grilled or deep fried. Some of it is very good and some of it is...well, it isn't. But Timothy O'Toole's Pub at 622 North Fairbanks Court in Chicago's Streeterville neighborhood offers an expansive, superior menu of bar food in a truly genuine... More

Neat little place. Wish i would of had time to stay and have lunch or dinner there. Food was good, bar is nice and there is a small family room too. Would be a cool place to watch sports or chill in the bar.

Good bar to have a drink or meal in if you want to watch a game. My family wanted a specific English football match on and the staff very kindly put it on. The food and drinks were nice too.

Staying in Streeterville

Neighborhood Profile
Streeterville is where visitors head for play at Navy Pier, a pseudo amusement park and development of restaurants, shops, rides, and other activities. You’ll find lots of action and excitement on the docks. Along the pier, you’ll see the statue of the captain for whom Streeterville is named. While you enjoy your fair share of sightseeing at the pier, you can also visit other popular attractions there such as the Chicago Children’s Museum and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Off the pier you’ll find more restaurants from low-cost pubs to high-end establishments. Arts and culture aficionados should be sure not to miss the Museum of Contemporary Art.
