Went with four business colleagues, we were seated quickly and the server was very friendly and attentive. Salads were very good, combo plate appetizer was so-so. Drinks were slow to arrive, but not horrible. The pizza arrived and it was warm, would have been better hot. Warning, this is heavy pizza, true deep dish. The crust was unremarkable. Have much... This is the first time that we have tried this place but we will be back. The deep dish pizza was amazing. If you are in Chicago , try it.

Not much to add to the other reviews on the food. I agree the pizza with buttercrust was great. We sat under the air conditioning register that kept our table cold. Unfortunately all that cold air made our pizza cold before we got to our second piece. The pizza came out hot with delicious ooey, gooey cheese but as it... More

Cool little place. stopped in for a bite. A friend told me they were good. We got the Chicago classic that has sausage. Delicious pizza. Make sure you pre order your pizza. The wait is long

We have been to all of the main deep dish pizza restaurants in Chicago, but Lou Manati's is definitely our favorite. The service is fast and friendly and the pizza is amazing.

When we approached the restaurant this evening a little before 8:00, we were a little concerned by the number of people we saw waiting to get seated. The hostess told us our wait would be about 30 minutes, and if we pre-ordered our deep-dish pizza it would only be an additional 20 minutes or so for the pizza to be... More

This one has more of a neighborhood pizzeria feel. Some outside seating part of the year. Excellent deep dish, sometimes have a lengthy wait to get in & for a pie

The home of and the best deep dish pizza in Chicago. The pizzas were seriously good and the service was excellent too, good prices and a great atmosphere!

We waited quite a while to try the food. The pizza was delicious and worth it. The prices were reasonable too. The only reason I rate 4 instead of 5 is the waitress was terrible.

Parking was a little tough but we found a spot. The 45 minute wait for a table was only about 15 and we were able to pre-order our pizza. The place was full of energy, good food, and friendly staff. We came from out of town and found this little gem via the internet. It seemed like a very popular... More
